"I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend"

"The location is very close to the Ortisei main town and is walkable. The neighborhood is very quiet and on a meadow overlooking the other Chalets on the Alpine meadows. The staff is also very warm and welcoming."

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Roland in front desk was particularly nice, considerate, and helpful, who provided a lot of valuable tourist information and materials. "This hotel was simply fantastic!! 10 stars!! All the staff were awesome.. they rememebered our drink and breakfast preferences.. The pool/spa amenities were top class.. they had all kinds of massages and skin treatments available too.. All sorts of activities like yoga/pilates, a fully equipped gym and many areas to just relax.. Cable car lines to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi are just a short walk from the hotel.. Underground parking is available at no additional cost.. Perfect place for couples.. we took the halfboard option.. highly recommended, the food was sooo good!!"

"This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and chairlifts in Ortisei. Rooms were well equipped, clean and had beautiful views. Breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely return."

"The family and staff of Rainelle are so welcoming and delightful. The Silent Room with the incredible view of the mountains was a special experience that sets this hotel above the rest. The rooms are especially large and comfortable. There is a taxi stand in town that we took one evening after dinner since the bus had stopped running, to avoid the long walk up the hill. We walked the hill twice and it is challenging but totally doable if you are in decent shape. We are in our early 60s and in the area to hike so it didn't bother us too much."
