Amazing B&B in the heart of Skegness. Highly recommend, nothing is too much trouble for the owners who are very welcoming! Added bonus, a great breakfast and on-site free parking.

Just a one night stay, but couldn’t fault it. Bedroom and bathroom were clean & tidy. Building looks welcoming from the exterior, saw lots that weren’t.Would recommend.

Wow super 2 night break perfect
One of the most efficient, clean, friendly, organised family run establishments I’ve ever been to Nothing was to much trouble.. I paid a very low rate for two nights with free breakfast The location was just perfect and everything was was just a few minutes away, I will without hesitation return to this hotel and be happy in the knowledge I’ll get 5 stars service

Stayed in room 7, was large, clean and tidy. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and I have a back injury?. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to visit again.

The first thing that strikes you when you get to this hotel is the endless hospitality and welcoming by the staff believe to be the owners. The second is the highest levels of cleaning levels. The room has plenty of hot drink facilities and the rooms are also big and roomy. I can't raccomand enough, Thank you so much for looking after us.

My Husband & I enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Northdale....the owners were lovely people who couldn't do enough for you. The B & B was kept clean, & the room was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. We only ate breakfasts there & it was great, & plenty of it. Would definitely stay there again.

Spotlessly clean well equipped room in a quiet street only a ten minute stroll to the boating lake and beach. What really made this hotel was the incredibly warm welcome and service throughout. Cannot think of anything more they can do to make this business a success.

Northdale would recommend after 3 nights stay.
Very friendly owners always asking if we wanted anything else, 3 minutes walk to front.Breakfast worth the money could not fault it ,rooms may need slight upgrade just a little dated but not a problem.Room kept clean and tidy fresh fruit and tea coffee and biscuits provided.

Northdale, lovely warm cosy room, on arrival the host offered us a cup of tea which was very welcome and very nice, none of your cheap t-bags, lovely smiley lady very welcoming, even offered to carry bags upstairs probley heavier than herself, I THINK NOT far too heavy. Bless her. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Stayed at the Northdale with my partner for 4 nights. Had an amazing experience overall, breakfast was lovely and the couple managing the hotel was very friendly and helpful as they provided us with a fan when requested. Full english breakfast and cereals were offered, and they also provide fruits and biscuits and a variety of hot drink options in the room. The room itself was spacious, with a very soft bed and pilows. Very glad we picked this hotel as it was perfect location to the town and beach, so would definitely recommend!
