Two bedroom caravan but we just allow up to four people to stay in our caravan for the comfort of our guests.

Our 4 berth caravan is situated in a very popular resort within Chapel St Leonards, called Golden Palm. Perfect not only for families, but for people looking for some peace and tranquillity.


Owners Description:

This is a 4 berth caravan which we are proud to say has been kept in very good condition, Double glazed and with heating.

There are two bedrooms; the first containing a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside units. The second is a twin bedded room. With cupboards and ample hanging space for clothes and a bedside table. Both bedrooms are heated. Each bed is fitted with a mattress protector which we would be grateful if you did not remove. We provide duvets and pillows for all beds, however you will need to bring your own bed linen.

The living room area is spacious with a gas fire, flat screen Freeview television and a small music system.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and a variety of pots, pans, utensils and cutlery.

Bathroom consists of a shower, w/c and hand basin.

For your comfort our caravan also has an ironing board with iron, hair dryer and hoover.

Parking space for one car is adjacent to the caravan, however there is ample space for additional vehicles close to the caravan. Parking on the grass is not permitted.

5 minute walk from the main entertainment park, and 10 minute walk from the beach.

On the resort you will find; a heated indoor fun pool. With hair raising water slides for all the family and a dedicated children’s activity area. The Maid Marian Pub. A family pub with indoor and outdoor seating where you can drink, eat and watch the latest sport on large screen TV’s. Or join in with the Karaoke on an evening! There is a small shopping complex which includes a mini-supermarket, Fish & Chip Shop, Chinese, Indian & Pizza take-away. An Amusement Arcade with Casino where you will find all the latest video games and an all cash area for Over 18’s. Outdoors is an Adventure Play Park and Crazy Golf.

CLUB TROPICANA is the East Coast’s premier family entertainment venue. There is always something special going on at the spectacular Club Tropicana. Dancing to live bands, listening to great singers and laughing with very funny comedians. Seating is tiered to give a great view of the stage wherever you sit in the air-conditioned, 2,000 seated venue. Star shows include performances form Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Jimmy James & The Vagabonds, Jackson Live, Rock & Roll Paradise and lots more. If all this fabulous entertainment isn’t enough, there are several sessions of Bingo during the course of each and every night, with the chance of winning Big Money.

With FREE CHILDREN’S ENTERTAINMENT kids are well catered for too, with their very own dedicated under 14’s play area, The Fun Beach. All staffed by talented resident Children’s Entertainers. Your children are kept safely entertained with games and competitions, prizes and junior disco’s etc. Taking care of your children while you relax and enjoy the main entertainment.

Payments - We require an additional £50 refundable deposit upon booking. This deposit will be refunded after your holiday upon inspection of our caravan for damage. Preferably all payments should be made by bank transfer and the full balance must be received 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.
