Westfields Bungalow is our wonderful newly refurbished detached bungalow. Ideal for families or friends looking for a holiday. Westfields has two large double bedrooms, both with a private ensuite. There is also a third bedroom, with a bunk bed. There is a main bathroom with a shower. This unit comes with a private hot tub, overlooking the private garden with stunning views across the Lincolnshire countryside. There is private off street parking.. Helsey Farm Holiday Cottages are a lovely place to relax and get away from it all, situated on the edge of the owners’ livery yard, there are five properties. Whether looking for a romantic break away or a family gathering, they are ideal for families and friends looking to holiday in Lincolnshire.

Helsey Farm is nestled between the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Lincolnshire coastline, in the quiet hamlet of Helsey, and is just 3 miles from lovely sandy beaches. Guests can bring their dog on holiday, and fish, walk and cycle across Helsey’s farmland, and there is an Interpretation Centre to showcase the heritage and farming culture of this unique part of the coastal strip. This is the ideal retreat to enjoy the countryside with walks joining up with the footpaths to local villages, or even all the way to the coast. You can also enjoy the nightlife in busy Skegness, Lincoln or other towns nearby.. The bungalow was large, airy and location was quiet. Lots of space and was clean.Unfortunately both double beds were lumpy and very soft, I think a new mattress rather than a topper is needed. Also, toilet seats slip and slide sideways. A file with how to operate heating (we couldnt turn off the underfloor without help) and oven etc would be useful.Overall a lovely stay and would recommend and hope they sort the beds.

Well equipped, spacious bungalow with delightful views across the Lincolnshire countryside. The online information misses many of the features of the premise, The two lounges, the bunk beds in the 'twin' bedroom, the existence of a dishwasher. It provides far more than promised. Only real downside were the mattresses on the double beds, thin with springs so uncomfortable and the beds have a solid frame around them so decidedly uncomfortable entry and exit. The walk in showers to the ensuites were delightful. if the mattresses were replaced would be very happy to return.
