The modern house not only offers a breathtaking view of the sea, but also a stylish and comfortable interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The house impresses with its elegant, black wooden façade and the harmoniously designed terrace, which faces directly onto the water. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze while dining al fresco or simply take in the tranquillity and panoramic views. The nearby bathing ladder gives you direct access to the sea, so you can take a refreshing dip at any time.
Inside the house, you will find a light-flooded living area with large windows that bring the blue of the sea into the room. The open-plan kitchen is modern and functionally equipped so that you can prepare culinary delights together with the family. You can enjoy your meals at the large dining table in the living area or on the terrace with an unrivalled view.
