"A very nice place to stay in a very convenient location. Easily sleeps 8, 9 or 10 if you include sofa space. Nice size TV. Internet was good the first couple of days but we experienced a lot of outages a few days into our stay. Very good local shop less than 5 minutes walk and a similar distance to the local station which can get you to the airport or the city in roughly 30 minutes. "Two factors made our stay at this house so memorable: 1) The house sits on the beautiful island of Stegesund (no cars, only a small dirt road) that overlooks gorgeous water just outside of the town of Vaxholm. "Wir hatten ein schönes gemütliches kleines Häuschen am See. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick über den See waren stets atemberaubend. Es steht ein Ruderboot, ein Kanadier und ein SUP zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Was wir auch auf dem See genutzt haben. (Motorboot hatten wir nicht genutzt). Das Häuschen ist gemütlich und hat in der Küche alle Utenslien. Seifen/Spülmittel sind vorhanden (Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtuch selbst mitbringen). "We couldnt stay at the "hotel", when we arrived there we got harrased by old people who lived there, the building where the hotel is located is shared with a hospital for psychologist treatment, we tried to cancel it and the owner refused even tho we had proof of the guy who assaulted us, my girlfriend was terrified by that experience, stay away from this place, we wanted to save money as you may if this hotel shows up on your list but its not worh it "
