The bar staff were so friendly and helpful with coffee and George the morning chef was such a super friendly individual who made sure you enjoyed breakfast. "The room was great. It had great view, it was clean, it had everything I needed. The staff was helpful, friendly and well informed. The bike/car rental at the entrance of the hote- not part of it- was conveniently located and I rented a bicycle for 5 Euros. The restaurant was great for breakfast. Very delicious food and a great variety of selection. (I did not try the dinner as I thought EU120 was a bit too much-went to Fidelio's at downtown for an excellent meal). I wish the beach had some pier to jump in the water without stepping on the gravelly rocks. I very much enjoyed the stay."

"please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you for looking after us - we have recommended to family & will return :-)"
