"This is a very well positioned hotel located in the old town - be aware that there is another hotel with the same name in the centre. Sat nav took us to the other hotel. 10 minute walk into the Jewish Quarter. All local sites very close by. Easy walking to local sights and a very good tram service - one you understand how the tram system works! If you are planning a trip to Auschwitz on a tour, you would be advised to book ahead. We all stayed in a Cozy rooms which was perfect for a single occupancy. Very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice. Everything was constantly replenished so no need to panic that the food was going to run out! The only down side was that service was slow at the bar, often only one member of staff manning the bar. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, snuggling up with blankets - a heater would have been much welcomed. "

A helpful, warm welcome on arrival set the tone for the visit, and the complimentary bottle in our room was a special touch. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. With an excellent breakfast to fuel the day, I would recommend this hotel to others. "
