"Vaulgier, the owner, is a wonderful host. He takes time to enjoy the company of his guests, after he prepares a great breakfast! It is a remote, but stunning location, and his future plans for a spa will be a stellar addition! We will hopefully return."

"We had an excellent stay at Lonkot! I would highly recommend this if you are in the area. Unfortunately, we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast, but the kind young woman who checked us in brought us some pastries and other breakfast items to enjoy on our next-day early-morning drive. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. "

"Helga, who lives nearby, gave us a perfect stay at her beautiful home. The house offers all comfort and is super clean. Helga takes care about every thing. Nowhere in Iceland we slept better. Thank you!"
