Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a traditional tulsi maalai, which added a warm and personal touch to the whole experience. What stood out the most to me was how spotless everything was, especially the bathrooms. You can tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
