The house is new, built in 2017, with large windows from where you can see the dining room, the kitchen and the pool, the terrace with dining room and the barbecue, with lots of light as the sun enters the entire house.

The pool is perfect for children as it has a depth of 1.60m with a pleasant water massage.

It is independent, parking for 2 cars, with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, the whole house has air conditioning with heat pump.

For this price not good enough - SUV required
It is not a house but an apartment on the ground floor in the back of a house. Inside it is spacious, but the outside sitting area is very small. No proper shading, but rather shaky parasols. The access with the car is only possible through a kind or park over the lawn and across the pavement. So make sure, you car has enough ground clearance to not get scratched. So SUV recommended... The apartment is not very well maintained and you can tell it is for renting only. The kitchen equipment is about ok, but very basic. The pool is ok, but the pool table inside is useless. All balls assemble in a dent in the middle. No straight shot possible... For this high price tag it is not good enough. We had better houses for less.

Schön, aber in die Jahre gekommen.
Die großräumige Wohnung liegt versteckt, an der von der Straße abgewandten Seite des Gebäudekomplexes mit drei Parteien, in Richtung des Parque Eucaliptos. Dieser dient als Anhaltspunkt, da die Adresse auch für einheimische Taxifahrer nicht einfach zu finden ist. Die Fotos sprechen für sich und die Grundausstattung der Wohnung ist umfangreich. Seit unserem Besuch im Juli 2018 gibt es auch vier neue Liegen, sechs neue Stühle im Außenbereich und eine neue Lounge - Ecke (selbst zusammengebaut) am Pool. Potential hat noch die Spülmaschine, der Wasserkocher, die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer 1, die weiße Ledercouch, sowie einige Ecken, die der regelmäßigen Reinigung nicht zugänglich waren... Viel Freude hätte uns der Billard - Tisch gemacht, wenn nicht auch noch vom letzten Billard - Queue die Spitze abgefallen wäre. Es gibt eine einzige Espressotasse, sonst aber ausreichend Küchen- und Kochgeschirr, Bestecke und Teller für bis zu sechs Personen. Einen eigenen Korkenzieher mitzubringen macht für Freunde des spanischen Weines, der keinen Schraubverschluss hat oder aus dem Tetrapack kommt, Sinn. Der Pool wurde während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes am zweiten Tag gereinigt. In der nahen Umgebung befindet sich eine Apotheke und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt (Preise moderat, mit Fleisch-, Fisch- und Backtheke). Zum nahen weiten Sandstrand (ideal für Kinder) mit einfacher Standgastronomie, geht man unter einer schmalen Unterführung in wenigen Minuten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir, gerade in der Hauptsaison, als nicht angemessen angesichts der deutlichen Mängel.
