Villa Oasis Terramar has a large ground floor where a spacious and elegant living room with white and beige tones is distributed, with large windows through which a pleasant natural light enters. It is a set that invites to chill and relax. In the living room there are two accesses to the spectacular garden, without a doubt, the jewel in the crown, where you can enjoy the good weather almost all over the year in Sitges. Perfect for having lunch outdoors, lie in the hammocks or simply enjoy a pleasant conversation in the chill-out area accompanied by a good wine that offers us the lands of Penedes. Let’s not forget about the pool where it is always nice to cool off or where the kids can enjoy playing with total security, being able to be watched from the garden or the lounge.
On the same floor there is a comfortable double room and a toilet with access from the entrance. In addition, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator are located on the same floor.
On the upper floors the rest of the rooms are distributed, four of them (including the one on the ground floor) with Air Conditioning, decorated with white tones and blue details, trousseau services and storage area. On the second floor we find two double rooms with terraces, one of them suite room with a complete independent bathroom. The villa is located in the area of Vinyet Terramar. It is a quiet enclave where most of the luxurious mansions and gardens of Sitges are located. It has a wide range of restaurants and beach bars where you can taste delicious Mediterranean tapas in the sun surrounded by a select atmosphere. It also has widely known lounge bars in front of the sea perfect to enjoy a sunset. The house is a step away from the beach of Estanyol, which is the best beach in Sitges. Don’t forget about Terramar Gold Club, to which many lovers of this sport visit us to enjoy their favorite sport.
You can also choose a 10-minute walk along the promenade to the old town, an area with great charm. Join one of its popular parties or relax on the beach. Undoubtedly, traveling to Sitges is a unique opportunity to enjoy the perfect climate and delicious Mediterranean cuisine from one of the terraces near the sea.
Transport:
The nearest airport is El Prat de Barcelona. If you travel by car you have to go by the C-32 (28 min). In public transport the simplest way is to take the MON-BUS that goes from Terminal 1 to Sitges (25 min). There is also the option to take a train, which leaves from Terminal 2, to El Prat de Llobregat and from there take a train from Cercanías to Sitges.

• Seaport: Puerto Deportivo Aiguadolç 11 minutes by car.
• Restaurant: (personal recommendation) 'La zorra', one of the best rice place in Sitges, only 8 minutes away on foot. You can also choose 'El Viviero' with excellent Mediterranean dishes and spectacular views of San Sebastian beach and 'La Fragata' make excellent rice dishes as well. Both 10 min by car.

HOUSE'S RULES
- Take care of the house as if it were your own.
- Groups of friends under 30 are not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed
- The guest agrees to take all necessary measures to protect their personal property while in the house and their responsibility over them will ultimately be borne by the guest.
- Respect the rules of coexistence and rest. Do not make loud noises after 11pm.
- No smoking.
- Leave the house as you found it. In case of leaving the house in poor condition or very dirty, it will be deducted from the deposit.
- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
CLEANING, SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS:
We take our guests safety very seriously. For this purpose, we are following the Ministry of Health protocols.
The products we will use to disinfect and clean the accommodation are: bleach with detergent, disinfecting products, latex gloves and masks.
The steps to follow are these:
- Cleaning staff will use personal protective equipment and will dispose them safely after each use, then proceeding to hand wash.
- We will ventilate all the rooms of the accommodation.
- Textile garments will be washed mechanically in full wash cycles at 60-90ºC.
- The cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation will be done with bleach which is effective and recommended by the Ministry of Health.
