HOT TUB + ADU Modern Home, Huge Yard, Dog Friendly

This modern family friendly home is situated on a fully landscaped half acre lot with a hot tub, fire-pit, and ADU just minutes outside of Sisters. When you book this home you get the 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home plus the ADU (accessory dwelling unit) which has its own kitchenette, living space, bathroom, and queen size bed. You'll also have access to the community pool (during Summer months), pickle ball/tennis courts, basketball courts, and walking trails.

This is the perfect family friendly (and dog friendly) vacation spot for your Central Oregon getaway. This home and ADU sits on a half acre fully landscaped lot with a huge lawn, hot tub, fire pit, deck, etc in a quiet neighborhood right on the outskirts of Sisters, Oregon (5 minute drive to downtown Sisters). The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is newly remodeled and super cozy. There is 1 king size bed in the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1 queen size bed in another bedroom, and a full size bed and bunkbed in another bedroom. It's an open concept floor-plan perfect for entertaining. Theres a dining room table, comfy living room, and game area specifically for board/card games. We have high speed wi-fi, as well as a large smart TV in the living room for streaming. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for your furry friend and you can't beat the hot tub and fire pit at the end of the day. Also included is the detached ADU (accessory dwelling unit) for even more privacy. The ADU has its own kitchenette, living space, full bathroom, and queen size bed. The home has central heating and cooling via the brand new mini-splits. Please note that the wood burning fireplace seen in the pictures is not operational and will not be available to guests.

There is also a community pool within the neighborhood that guests can use (opens Memorial Day weekend, closes after Labor Day Weekend - weather dependent). Tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts can also be used by guests.

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
