This property offers the privacy of distance from pedestrians and vehicle traffic yet still within walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants, and the marina.
CONDO LAYOUT
This 1700 square foot property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house can sleep 8 with 1 king bed; 1 queen bed; and 1 full over full bunk bed. Enjoy the amazing view of Sister Bay from the large second floor deck which has a patio dining room table and wicker sofa and chairs.
The living room features a gas fireplace, 55 inch flat-screen TV with cable and internet streaming. The whole condo is connected to fiber internet via Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops and new stainless steel GE Café appliances. The dining area offers a large table which seats 8 and the kitchen peninsula seats 3 more.
The master bedroom with a king size bed has a slider door to the deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Two guest bedrooms at the front of the condo share a large bathroom with ceramic tiled walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a full over full bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV.
GREAT LOCATION
Access to “A Northern Suite Life” is easy via paved state roads. There are a number of parking spots, access to garage upon request, and an elevator to assist in getting to the second floor.
This condo is conveniently located where State Highways 57 and 42 come together in Sister Bay. Take a right out of the condo parking lot and you are right in the middle of all the happenings of the Bay side of the Door Peninsula. Take a left out of the parking lot, avoid the traffic, and you are on your way to the Lake side of Door, affectionately called “The Quiet Side”
POLICIES:
No smoking allowed in this family home. Guests will incur a $300 fine and additional cleaning fees if this policy is broken.
Maximum occupancy is 8. Having more than 8 guests will result in a $500 fee per night.
Per the Village of Sister Bay Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM and fireworks are prohibited.

What linens are included? We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths.
What household supplies are provided? We have a supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, cleaning supplies, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion.
What does the kitchen include? The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a blender, toaster, various sizes of pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee maker.
Do you have internet and/or cable? Wi-Fi and fiber internet, TV streaming apps are available as well as cable TV in all bedrooms.
Do you provide a grill? Unfortunately grilling is not allowed per condo association rules.
Do you provide firewood? No, the fireplace is gas.
Do you allow pets? Not at this time.
What is the parking situation? There is a parking lot in front of the condominium which is first come/first serve. We do have a garage unit for one vehicle and can provide the key code for that if needed.
When will I get the address and access information? Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email approximately one week before your arrival. If you haven’t received an email from us within a week of your arrival, please message us.
What time is check-in and check-out? You may check in any time after 4:00 pm and you must checkout prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you have would like an early check-in or late check- out, we will do our best to oblige if you give us ample notice.
Can I cancel if the weather is bad? Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded.
Do you have minimum stay requirements? From July 1st through Labor Day, we require a 7 night stay. There are other times during the year in which we require a 3 night stay. Please refer to the calendar when booking.
