These steps are required to confirm your reservation. The security deposit is a "hold" on your card and will only be charged in the event of damage. This hold is scheduled two days before check-in and released five days after

Great location and the owner’s thoughts of everything. Different coffee makers, toiletries, games, plenty of firewood for the fire pit. The property is well maintained and clean. The location is in a great location for trips to Sister Bay or Ellison Bay.

Beechwood Cottage Stay
We had a lovely time at this quaint and charming A-frame cottage. The space was clean and well appointed. The grounds were well kept. Two areas of concern if elderly or physically challenged: 1) The spiral staircase to access the second level is very narrow. 2) The nature of an A-frame space can create a challenge for those who are taller. Overall, we had a terrific time and would recommend this cottage for a weekend getaway.

Best getaway
We had the absolute best time at the Beechwood Cottage in Sister Bay! The host communicated just enough without being a bother and provided helpful information about the cottage. They have really thought of everything. My only suggestion would be an electronic lock system, as the key lock was finicky at times. This was certainly way outbalanced by the stunning screen porch, thoughtful toiletries, quiet neighborhood, beautiful woods, and Nespresso! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in door county.

Great stay on a beautiful, secluded wooded lot.
What a great place to get away! I spent a few nights at the cottage to unwind with some books, and couldn't have picked a better spot. Very clean. Had anything you'd need on-site. Can't wait to visit again!

Sweet Retreat
The Beechwood Cottage is the perfect getaway. Quietly located in a private wooded area, yet not far from busy Sister Bay and all the fun offered there. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the host thought of every amenity one might need. We thoroughly enjoyed evenings by the campfire and mornings on the screen porch. The host was also very available for any questions. We would go again!

Beautiful A Frame in great location
Our little family loved staying at this property for a couple nights as we explored Door County. It was especially nice being close to Sister Bay and the ferry to Washington Island. Our daughter loved the A Frame doll house (nice touch!). Lovely home with great decor!

Relaxing and Quiet!
This little cottage was the perfect weekend getaway with my husband to experience the beautiful sound of…nothing! The convenient location just a few minutes from Sister Bay and the stillness of the wooded area around the property made this the best choice for us. We loved making a fire pit every night and participating in the scavenger hunt on the property! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great relaxing getaway
We had a great relaxing getaway using the Beechwood Cottage as home base to do some early spring hiking at various state & county parks and sanctuaries in upper Door County There aren't a lot of restaurants open in April, so we picked up some meals at the Piggly Wiggly grocery store a few miles away. The cottage was wonderful, the bed was heavenly and Megan was very responsive to an emailed question. We would definitely recommend this quiet cabin!

Lovely Snow Retreat
Great location mins from food/shops and Lake Michigan hikes. We got to enjoy a light evening snow fall from the main windows of the cabin. The layout was perfect for two couples and had all the needs for basic cooking and self maintenance. Plan to visit again.

Perfect stay
Beechwood Cottage is a pretty perfect place to stay in Door County, especially in the winter! The cottage is minutes away from Sister Bay, yet feels cozy and secluded in the woods. Like others have mentioned, the hosts do a wonderful job of making sure you really have everything you need during your stay – not to mention the furniture and decor is super cute. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back!
