Villa Barbara, Sirmione
Villa Barbara is a well appointed villa, very comfortable and well equipped. It is ideally located for easy walking access to Spiaggia Brema, the old town and the new town and has a useful dedicated parking area. Masaccio is an excellent host, attentive and informative who made sure we had everything we needed to make the most of f our stay. We all greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa Barbara

Excellent stay
We had a wonderful day at this property and the host was fantastic. The house had everything it needed and more and it was right around the corner from the lake so it was a wonderful location. We will be back.

Seriously this is a lovely apartment in a great location with all of the facilities that you could wish for... No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation.

Perfect location
Lovely villa just minutes away from the beach within easy walking distance of the new town centre and a 10 minute bus ride to old Sirmione. The Villa is well Equipped and in a lovely peaceful location, and has everything you need and more, Masaccio is a great host and very helpful with tips of places to visit. Thank you for a fabulous stay 😀

Stayed here in September 2023. Great location with parking. The place is clean and has a nice small private pool. The only consideration are the stairs. If you have any issues with stairs this isn’t the unit fur you. If you are good with stairs this is a very comfortable, great location and clean rental.

As a group of friends, we had a lovely few days in this beautiful house in Sirmione, only a few steps from the beach. Great and very caring host, Massaccio provided us with great tips and recommendations and was super flexible with the check in time. We strongly recommend the beach bar only 2 min from the house. Great place if you are travelling with a dog as the whole garden is enclosed with a fence. Very clean and cosy house and lots of comfortable garden furniture, perfect to chill in the garden. As the house is close to the garden we recommend to bring inscet repellent. Will definitely come again.

Wonderful villa located by the lake
We had a wonderful stay, the host Castellazzo was so helpful and welcoming. Great communication before arrival and during our stay. The villa had everything we needed and really clean and comfy beds and furnishings. It is located by the lake in a nice residential area, there is a beach bar nearby serving food and drinks. The bus stop is about a 5 min walk which will then take you in to Sirmione to enjoy the old town. Also number 9 bus stop will then connect you to travel on to other towns. The new town of Sirmione is about a 15 min walk where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and the local supermarket. The villa also has 2 bikes that you can use and cycling is very popular in this area. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful Home in Excellent Location
This home was absolutely perfect! We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment. The home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood just steps from the lake. Dezenzano is just 10 min away and a definite must-see. We spent many days there enjoying the lake, shopping and restaurants. Old Sirmione is 5 min away with a stunning castle. We drove to Milan and Venice twice. Each taking about and hour and 20 min to get to. Very doable. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. We did plenty of both. Kitchen is nicely equipped with everything needed to cook up family meals. Our host even left 2 wonderful bottles of wine as a welcome gift. He was very easy to communicate with. Could not have asked for anything better.

Wundervoller Urlaub
Es waren wieder wunderschöne 10 Urlaubstage. Der Pool gigantisch und der Vermieter wie immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unsere Hündin Dolores genießt den eingezäunten Garten und fühlt sich bereits schon wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist für uns perfekt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Sirmione. Der Vermieter war sehr, sehr nett und das Haus für uns perfekt. Überall Fliegengitter und gerade im Sommer perfekt ist die Klimaanlage. Alles war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet.

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Hafen
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und für uns war die Lage am Hafen optimal. Das Haus ist großzügig, der Garten hübsch und der Pool herrlich erfrischend. Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super entspannte Anreise/Check-in und sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Perfekt mit Hund. Tolle Wiesen direkt am See und privater Garten ausbruchssicher, auch für meinen 5 Monate alten Jack Russel. Danke für Alles Hr. Castellazzo. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder .. 🙋‍♀️

Super Lage - nettes Haus
Das Ferienhaus liegt eigentlich fast direkt am Strand (50m). Vom Haus erreicht man fußläufig das Centro von Sirmione, Restaurants, Bars usw.. Wenn man in die historische Altstadt will, kann man die Fahrräder nehmen, die auch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Insgesamt eine tolle ruhige Lage, ein nettes Haus mit super Ausstattung und Sirmione biete dazu noch italienischen Flair. Wir kommen wieder.

Anscheinend war ich im falschen Objekt…..
So leid, wie es mir tut, aber ich weiß nicht, wie die positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es das dann auch schon. Die Küche ist einfach nur dreckig. Beim Kochen tropfte das alte Fett aus der Dunstabzugshaube in das Essen. Die Kochutensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen, Kellen …) sind komplett abgenutzt und kaputt. Wenn man 2 Elektrogeräte (Wasserkocher u. Spülmaschine) anstellt, fliegen die Sicherungen raus. Die Möbel allgemein sind abgewohnt und kaputt. Das Bad ist so klein, dass man sich kaum darin bewegen kann. Für Familien mit Kindern, die im Bad Hilfe brauchen, absolut ungeeignet. Auch das Bad war sehr dreckig. Überall liegen Reste von Vormietern in den Schubladen. Die Dusche ist einfach nur dreckig und ohne Duschvorhang. Wenn man geduscht hat, steht das gesamte Bad unter Wasser. Die Sofas im Wohnbereich sehen sauber aus, haben aber wiederlich nach Schweiß gerochen, genau wie die 2 Wolldecken, die darauf lagen. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen sind komplett verlegen. Schlimmste Rückenschmerzen waren die Folge. Das Haus liegt tatsächlich nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt, ist aber nicht direkt vom Grundstück erreichbar. Selbst wenn man dann an den See geht, ist dieser in diesem Bereich nicht betretbar. Der Fernseher funktionierte keinen Tag, weil das W-LAN Signal zu schwach war. Leider waren selbst die Putzutensilien in einem solchen Zustand, dass ich mir selber einen Wischmopp kaufte.

Die Unterkunft ist nah am See gelegen und ideal für Hundebesitzer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.
