Cozy 30sqm mini-apartment, finely furnished, equipped with every comfort. It is centrally located in a quiet area just a few steps from the lake and the thermal baths of Sirmione.

There is a flat-screen TV with satellite and satellite reception. There is a well-equipped kitchen (four-burner induction hob, fridge, coffee maker and espresso machine, toaster, crockery, clothes rack, wi-fi connection.) On the balcony there are two armchairs and a coffee table , to have a coffee in the beautiful season The bedroom is furnished with light quilts, pillows and mattress cover, there are 4 beds, but for a maximum of 2 guests maximum allowable. and bidet, bath mat, and 2 large towels.

The apartment is located in "Residence Le Magnolie" near the center of Lugana, with a large free public parking area right below the residence, quiet area with greenery and public park, 500 m. to the lake (Bremen), 100 m to the communal swimming pool, 1 km. open all year round and close to fun parks. On the ground floor there are also laundry facilities, a pizzeria, a bar, a herbalist, a hairdresser, and the center of Lugana is 300 m away and offers you services for any need.
Some information on the beaches of Sirmione: "Lido Bremen" Free entrance, equipped beach with grassy area, water sports, free parking. "Lido di Lugana" free entrance, equipped beach, rocks and grass, paid parking in August, games for children. "Galeazzi harbor beach" Beach with grass and stones access free, equipped, sports area.
The rule is to follow common sense! Do not disturb other condom residents.
Final cleaning costs of € 40,00 are mandatory.
Check-in: from 3 pm to 8 pm unless previously agreed otherwise.

For all arrivals after 20:00, a surcharge of € 20,00 will be required upon arrival.

Clean and well maintained but not conveniently located
Laura's place is small and clean. She and her partner were responsive hosts when the Internet was down. However, the place is not near central Sirmione, shuttles are infrequent and taxis are hard to find. This is not a place you want to stay without a car. The burners on the stove are also fantastically hard to operate and there is no oven.

Appartamento piuttosto piccolo ma pulito, corrisponde alla descrizione. Ho fatto fatica con la piastra ad induzione anche se ci sono le pentole apposite ho dovuto rinunciare al mio caffè fatto con la moca.

Gute und Ruhige Lage
Funktionelle kleine saubere und schöne 2 Personen Ferienwohnung.Auch die Vermieter sind Hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wir waren mit dem Auto da. Und von daher war die etwas vom Zentrum abgelegene Lage kein Problem. Zum Strand läuft man nur ein paar Minuten. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Ein richtig schönes Appartement!
Es war alles so, wie in der Beschreibung! Laura und ihre beiden Töchter waren sehr nett und haben alles prima erklärt.Ein toller Balkon, auf den man die Morgensonne genießen konnte. Es gab sogar die nötigsten Dinge vor Ort( Kaffepads, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Seife, Spülmittel etc.).Beachten sollte man , dass es wirklich nur für zwei Personen geeignet ist. Wir haben vor allem die ruhige Lage genossen, obwohl man trotzdem schnell am Strand etc. war. Alles in allem: prima!
