"I liked that the property was only a short ride to Alona beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The pool is open 24 hrs and only shared with 4 other units. The place is quiet and just off the main road. Very close to the airport, beaches and other attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They can arrange tours scooter rentals and rides. "The place was well located but dated: kitchen cabinetry, rooms, common bathroom did not have drainage. Pool was great. Airconditioning old and noisy. Stove top needed to be lit autopilot busted and lowering the heat was tricky. Water shortage happened causing our guests to move to city to shower (shampoo in their hair enroute). "Wonderful place and stay. Great location! Right on the beach. Coffee on the deck or on the beach watching the sunrise. Close to things but I suggest renting a scooter or car. Which you would do anywhere. If I ever go back to Siquijor I will be inquiring to stay at Juvys"
