Lopez Beach Resort has an on-site dive swimming pool good for beginner lessons provided by Easy Diving! Divers may explore some of the TOP DIVE SPOTS in Campomanes Bay.

This high ceiling beautiful Junior Suite is a few steps to the beach. This Junior Suite is larger than the Home Suites. Each Loft has an upper-floor bedroom and a balcony overlooking the oceans and mountains.

Things to know
• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• Please note that guests can request a foam mattress for 500 pesos each
• Front Desk Hours: 7 am-10 pm

Pool Operation Hours:

• Tuesday to Sunday: 6:00 am to 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Monday: Closed for maintenance.

Please be advised that a pool usage fee is applicable:

• Morning Use: 150 PHP
• Evening Use: 200 PHP

These fees are collected by the building administration, and the administration office is conveniently located by the pool area
House rules
• NO SMOKING. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Pets are NOT ALLOWED
