*<5 mins to gas/grocery/Empire Mall
1. NO SMOKING inside the property. Pick up and properly dispose your butts in the exterior garbage.
2. FIRE RISK: Do not plug in high power draw appliances or equipment such as space heaters and no grills.
3. NO PARTIES: Small gatherings are permitted. No parties allowed.
4. Do NOT rearrange furniture in a significant way, such as moving couches to a new location.
