Summary:
Come and stay at our beautifully remodeled home in the heart of Sioux Falls! This home is large enough to host a big family, but cozy enough to make you feel at home. It boasts 4 great size bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, as well as 2 sleeper sofas for larger groups. Watch your favorite movie or sports game on the Smart TV as you sit in the 7 person hot tub after a long day. The large fenced in back yard is perfect for kids or pets wanting to stretch their legs. Enjoy easy access to all of Sioux Falls with Augie, USF, Sanford just blocks away, and Avera just 1 mile away. Numerous restaurants are less than a mile from your front door.

The Space:
Enjoy this ranch home that has two bedrooms on the main and two in the basement. Plenty of seating for large family events at the table, and put up a second table for holiday events. Large backyard with plenty of room to play and two off street parking spots.

Perfect location!!
Really enjoyed our stay in your home! In town for our son's soccer tournament for an extended weekend your place was just minutes away from the field! Very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of room for everyone so really made it feel like home. Owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay while in South Dakota. Thanks again!

What a great place. Checked off everything that we were looking for in a place to stay. Large rooms to gather in and enjoy spending time together. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Sioux Falls. There was so much to do and see, from the water park to the falls. Our family loved the house, the huge tables and bedrooms. The hot tub was very nice however we didn’t spend a lot of time in it because it was so hot outside that the garage got really hot. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighbors on one side were a little sketchy but never cause any problems.

Just what we needed
4 of us stayed at the property during a 4 day weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone and we even enjoyed a little bit of time in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the dining area allowed us to sit with friends and enjoy a lovely meal together.
