Simple Stay Near Augustana University in Central Sioux Falls w/ Wifi and Parking

We are constantly improving after each stay. This property has everything you need and is in a good location. It is simple with 2 beds (Recently upgraded a full to a queen), and 1 bath. There is one tv in the living room with a love seat and recliner. The kitchen feature basic cookware, plates/bowls, and utensils. It has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven.

There is a family that lives downstairs! At times it can be noisy, but quiet hours are 10pm.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located upstairs apartment that is walking distance from Augustana University and nightlife! This is a perfect location for gameday!!! Bagel Boy is just behind for the perfect opportunity start your day with coffee and breakfast! You can finish the night at The Crow Bar if you feel like staying a little closer to your stay! The Sioux Falls are about 8 minutes away if you are looking for a view! Staying here, you are not far from anything!!!

Communication is key to address any issues!

We got exactly as pics showed. Very close to Augustana University which we were looking for. My children stayed here. Was close to all activities.

Was ok very minimalistic the beds and couches were uncomfortable and squeaky like they aren't made to hold anyone over 150lbs and they seem slightly broken but who knows needs more curtains in the living room and there's no sound proofing in the building you can here everything outside or that the neighbors do and they can here us just as easily but it gave us a place to stay while we got settled in Sioux falls and found our home

Was not clean.had no condiments. Really no dishes or decent pot and pans. The pans they did have were greessy and filthy. I travel for work and this is the worst place I have stayed. I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay. Horrible experience
