Retro Haven is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in Sioux Falls. Augustana College, Great Plains Zoo, USS South Dakota Battleship Memorial and other places of amusement are only a few minutes from the home.
• 4 bedrooms/sleeps 10
TWO king bedrooms. One on the main floor with a 55 inch TV. The other king room is in the basement
One queen bedroom on the main floor
One with twin beds for the munchkins in the family. A twin air mattress with all the bedding is also available
• Kids room/office space contains books, kid table, paper, markers, games. A desk, office chair, desk lamp, paper and writing utensils are furnished
• Wood-burning fireplace in living room is currently not functional
• Gas fireplace in family room
• 1 full bath on main floor, 1 full bath and 1 half bath in the basement

• Off-street parking for 5 cars
• Coffee bar in dining room with Keurig and k-cups

Retro Haven contains some retro styling but with all the modern comforts and conveniences. Two king bedrooms provide the space and privacy for more that one family. With two eating areas, the space is perfect for family get togethers.

Pet food dishes, a blanket, and even treats are provided for the furry member of the family. Doggie bags are also provided for proper disposal of 'deposits'.

We stayed at Retro Haven last weekend for our family Christmas. With half of our family living in Sioux Falls and the other half several hours away, the home was the perfect place for us all to gather.

Great family getaway!
The place was great! Super clean and perfect for large families! Loved the small touches like the large tables and seating areas and things like multiple hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Communication with owners was great and they were very accommodating with some late checkout and early check in times.

My family and i had a great stay. The house is very warm and comfy. It is also located in a great neighborhood close to everywhere in Sioux Falls. The host was generous and great in communicating with me. Definitely a repeat stay next time I'm in SF!

Loved our stay at Retrohavensf. Located in a great neighborhood, this home is comfortable, spacious, attractive and very clean. Host thought of everything with this place. Very much appreciated the garage and backyard, too. Will definitely return and really grateful for this as an option to stay in Sioux Falls.

Had a group of 6 adults in town for my son’s football game at USF. Property was definitely as advertised. Great quiet neighborhood. House was clean and cute. Tons of little amenities that made our stay fantastic. Owners were easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend this to anyone

Excellent house for our belated holiday family gathering. The property was very clean, exactly as pictured and we appreciated being able to park in the garage too. The location is really handy and we will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Sioux Falls. It was perfect!

We came to Sioux Falls for a state swim meet at the Midco Aquatic Center. The home’s location was perfect for us as it’s a short walk or drive to the venue. The home is spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this property.
