This home is perfect for seeing Sioux Falls as it is just a quick drive to the interstates and then access to anywhere in town! House was great and comfortable. Had everything I needed. The only thing I wish I knew before booking that there is not a enclosed/fenced in yard. That fenced in yard would make it 5 star!

Felt just like home!
This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family in Sioux Falls. Very spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the use of the garage as the temperature was below zero. Will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the cleanliness and care taken of the house, as well as the nice neighborhood. The only uncomfortable part was that the bed mattress was hard on our backs .

Just what we were looking for!
This worked perfect for my son and I! We came for a long weekend of hockey…was so nice to come back to this house and rest in between skates versus a hotel! Would recommend!

The stay
The house was great perfect for our stay. My spouse was in the hospital and it was great to be able to come and go. We had two dogs with us do it was a nice area to walk them. I would recommend that when doing this you let people know they need to kennel the dogs when gone. We did not bring kennels with us so one person tried to be there at all times. This was hard when my spouse was in ICU. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Another Great Experience
We stayed at this property for ten nights in April. This was our second stay here, previous summer 2023 was the first. So obviously we liked it so much that we were anxious to return when we travelled back to Sioux Falls again. There is not much we can add to our previous review. Everything was wonderful, exactly as advertised, all items needed for our stay were available. We had a lot of activities on our plate this time, so we didn't spend a great deal of time at the property itself, but it was a fantastic place to "come home to" at night and get a great night of rest and sleep. We never had any personal contact with the owner, but we were provided with all the instructions and information needed for a very pleasant stay.

Clean house with many updates. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 of us to sleep, eat and play games. The only drawback was that the back yard was not fully fenced in. Granted the listing never said it was, but the pictures led me in that direction. That’s on me. Bottom line is that I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

My family loves this place and have stayed here multiple times. The only thing for improvement would be cleanliness. The floors were dirty. Toilet rims need to be cleaned. Ceiling fans covered in dust. We will stay here again!! Great location!!

Awesome place to stay GREAT neighborhood!
This place was clean, GREAT SIZE, stocked, fast Wifi, and beautiful decor. We booked for 2 nights for a wedding in MN to avoid staying in hotel...best booking ever. James was awesome to work with on questions I had, and do not worry about the busy street. There's a light at the corner that slows the traffic down and we never had problems getting in/out. House must be awesome on insulation too since we saw the traffic but NEVER heard a peep of noise. Would recommend staying here for families, travelers for business, or couples, a dreamy home away from home complete with shoveled snow and sidewalks and garage to keep car toasty. This place has it ALL!!!

Very Clean and Comfortable One-Level Home in Sioux Falls
We stayed at this property for twelve days in late July and early August 2023. It is as advertised and even better than advertised in many respects. In addition to the two bedrooms, two baths, there is a den/office type room that can be closed off to provide a third bedroom if needed, plus a delightful three season sun room, a partially fenced small backyard, a two car garage with opener, and a huge kitchen and dining area. The home was well equipped with all the essentials--towels, sheets, paper products, dishes, kitchen supplies, laundry and cleaning products, etc. We had good communication with our host who graciously allowed us to extend our reservation by two days when our plans changed. Two things you may want to note: (1) There is no cable or satellite TV, there is ROKU, which provides access to free and subscription streaming services but does not pick up local or network TV programming in real time. (2) The house is located on a busy four-lane cross-town roadway. There is no on-street parking and no defined turning lane. The house itself sits at an elevated level from the roadway up a somewhat steep driveway. For us it took a few days for to adjust to best ways to enter and exit the property by vehicle but once we did it was fine. This could be a more serious limitation in snowy or icy winter weather. Although we live in California now we still have family and many friends in Sioux Falls and would be happy and privileged to use this VRBO on future visits.
