Everything we needed
Super cute and clean! Easy to access and was a short distance from shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the yard was not fully fenced, so we had to leash our dogs, but other than that, it was everything we needed. Will stay here again.

We love this house so much!!!!!! It is so cozy and by far the best house we have stayed at. The beds are comfy and James is amazing to work with. When we come to Sioux Falls this is the only place we want to stay and will arrange our trips around this place.

Perfect for walk to Premier Center, quiet neighborhood
This small home is nicely redone with all conveniences of laundry and full kitchen. It felt very clean and inviting. We all enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day.

Exactly as expected and great home. My husband and I and 2 young girls and our dog stayed. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. We made a few meals there and had all we needed. A great location as a home base to go and enjoy the area.

Little Blue House
Our first impression left us thinking this is a tiny, cute house, but inside it is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean, comfortable beds, an especially well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for a longer stay. All one needs to bring is food and of course, personal items. Really appreciated the range of television watching options. Next time in Sioux Falls area will stay again!!

Nice space!
It’s a cute house, with a lot of space, and a nice outdoor area. It’s literally across the street from the convention center and an easy drive to downtown. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.

This was a perfect rental property, especially for those with pets. The house was beautifully updated with tons of space and a great layout. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. AC worked great throughout the house (it was 100 outside when we were there). Highly recommend.

This house was nicely put together and it was clean. Had all the dishes one would need in the kitchen. And it was the perfect place to stay for a show at the Sanford center. Just a couple minutes of walking to the door.

A fantastic location for our concert. We were able to walk to the Denny! Also, beautiful inside the home, beds super comfortable. Communication excellent. Only thing we didn’t care for were the neighbors barking dogs at times. Wasn’t all the time though so that was good.
