"This resort is very beautiful and quiet. I suggest to further the staff training particularly in directly dealing with customers. We had to call and asked to pick us up at the ferry even though I scheduled it before I even arrived. The front desk told me the housekeeping comes every other day. I told her it’s unacceptable considering being a luxury resort. They accommodated my request. The service isn’t bad but it just needs more training. The Breakfast portion size is NOT enough. No yoga...

"Conveniently located by the ferry port and a nice stroll into town once you overcome the steep climb right as you leave the hotel. No complaints whatsoever. "

"Ce n’est pas un hôtel, comme indiqué sur Expédia : pas de réception, pas de piscine, mais une simple maison. La propriétaire a « manqué notre réservation » : donc logement pas préparé à notre arrivée. Puis elle parle de vérifier si nous avons réservé la formule avec petit déjeuner, alors qu’Expedia affiche que le petit déjeuner est compris… A noter aussi que la terrasse devant la maison ( côté mer) est celle du restaurant voisin."
