Wonderful house
Rita was a very friendly host. Her daughter was there to translate when we arrived. The kitchen had every thing we needed and more. The garden was a paradise for human and animals. But there were too much moscitos. The beds were extremly comfortable. We just missed the air conditioner. The beach was a short way. We really enjoied our first time in Sardinia and it wasn't the last time =)

Lovely stay, gorgeous property
We had a great stay! The house is gorgeous, spotless and fully furbished, we loved spending time on the patio outside, loved the veranda and also taking showers outside :) The neighbourhood is very quiet and relaxing. Rita the owner is a lovely lady and welcomed us with many Sardinian treats. The house does not have air conditioned but Rita gave us two fans and the house was rather cool with the windows open. There’s a nice, long beach at 5-10min walk, and many more beaches to explore in the area! We fell in love with Oasi Bidderosa and Cala Liberotto. La Caletta and Santa Lucia (both 5min drive) have many restaurants, and there are several supermarkets a short drive away. Overall we had a great time and can only recommend this property. Grazie Rita!

Escape by the beach
Beautiful property with fantastic outdoor space just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The space is comfortable and has everything you need, the outdoor shower is lovely. Small village location with two restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to nearby towns. It's a complete escape from the day to day and perfect for a small family looking for a relaxing beach holiday

Kite-Windsurf rental and lessons on the beach 1h drive from Olbia (north) 1h drive from Cala Gonone (south) Cons: Nearby cities (Siniscola, La Caletta, Santa Lucia) have limited interest. The main road is close but the noise remains limited. Road in the neighbourhood is made of rocks and sand. No airco, no dishwasher

Proprietari gentilissimi disponibili, casa molto carina, curata e accogliente ben organizzata e attrezzata. Comodissimo avere a disposizione più docce e bagni e lo spazio esterno con barbecue e veranda arredata. La spiaggia dista solo pochi passi a piedi e ottima anche la posizione di vicinanza a diverse altre spiagge rinomate. Data l’esperienza molto positiva la consigliamo certamente!

Casa a due passi dal mare
Il signor. Giuseppe e Sua moglie ci hanno accolto benissimo, hanno fatto trovare anche un cestino di benvenuto con i prodotti tipici sardi. La casa è situata in un ottima posizione, vicino al mare raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, prendendo la macchina si può arrivare a solo 5 minuti dai principali servizi (supermercati, bar, ristoranti ecc) la casa è ben servita di tutto, la pulizia era impeccabile.. consiglio vivamente.

Il soggiorno e’ stato perfetto le foto della casa non rendono per la reale bellezza. Villetta confortevole, curatissima, pulitissima e con tutti i servizi che ci si possono aspettare. La cordialità e l’accoglienza dei proprietari e’ stata ammirevole, all’arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare un cesto di frutta fresca, prodotti locali e acqua. Un soggiorno da 10 e lode.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Begrüßung mit Obstkorb und Wein war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern und wie beschrieben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider hört man die Autos der nahen Kreuzung bei geöffnetem Fenster. Sonst ist die Lage zu dem nahen Sandstrand und für Ausflüge super.

Giuseppe und seine Frau waren sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Super Außendusche. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an einem wunderschönen feinsandigen Strand. Im August ist die nahe gelegene Landstraße viel befahren. Das hört man entsprechend, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Lieber Familie Marras, wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank für die vielen guten Tips und die nette Begrüßung! Die Unterkunft ist immer zu empfehlen, sie ist liebevoll gepflegt und sehr sauber! Der Garten mit der Außendusche wunderbar! Die einzige Einschränkung war meine Matratze, die sehr durchgelegen war! Sehr schönes ,sauberes Haus !!!
Giuseppe und seine Ehefrau sind sehr hilfsbereit,kinderfreundlich und sorgen dafür dass es an nichts fehlt,ob ein Schirm , Eimer und Schaufel für den Strand oder eine Liege alles im Haus vorhanden . Unser Flugzeug kam am frühen Morgen an, es war kein Problem wir durften das Haus früher beziehen. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb,Wasser und andere sardinische Spezialitäten. Die Straße gibt es nicht im Navi ,aber Giuseppe hat uns am vereinbarten Treffpunkt mit seinem Fahrzeug abgeholt . Der Nachbar hat uns mit frischen Feigen und anderen sardinischen Köstlichkeiten versorgt,leider können wir kein Italienisch um uns mit ihm zu unterhalten😔. Der Strand ist wirklich schön ,wir waren im August da ( Ferienzeit der Italiener ,Franzosen...) die beliebten Strände in der Umgebung mit dem türkisen Wasser waren überfüllt ,anders unser Strand vor Ort da gab es immer Platz und wir lagen nicht wie die Sardinen in der Dose😊. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!!! Ach und die Dusche draußen im Garten ...ein Traum ,wir haben nur da geduscht so etwas schönes natürliches unterm freien Himmel.

So stelle ich mir Urlaub vor ...
Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet - sogar an den Strandbesuch wurde gedacht mit Sonnenschirm, Matten, Bällen und Transportwagen. Wir wurden mit einer Obstschale, Wein und Käse begrüßt. Die Außendusche ist einfach toll und innen haben wir gar nicht mehr geduscht. 5 min. zu Fuß zum Strand, der nicht überlaufen war und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

assolutamente da consigliare
la casa è sicuramente migliore di quanto si può vedere dalle foto, è attrezzatissima di tutto, compresi accessori da spiaggia, la cucina è migliore di quella chre potremmo avere a casa nostra, curata in ogni particolare, lo stesso per l'arredamento delle camere e dei bagni. Il giardino e gli spazi esterni altrettanto ben curati. Si segnala la presenza di zanzariere di alta qualita (plissettate) in ogni stanza, assolutamente necessarie. L'unico piccolo neo è la regolazione dell'acqua calda/fredda delle doccie, in particolare quella esterna che è fantastica, sicuramente dovuto alla caldaia a gas che dovrebbe essere regolata un po meglio. Ma d'estate la cosa è insignificante in quanto spesso la doccia si fa fredda. La gentilezza la cortesia e l'ospitalità dei proprietari che c'hanno fatto trovare all'arrivo, acqua, vino e frutta e molto di più in cucina, garantisce un giudizio da 5 stelle abbondanti

Rundum stimmiges Ferienhaus
Ein liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die große, überdachte Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer ist ideal. Wir kommen aus dem Norden Deutschlands und haben es sehr genossen, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen. Begeistert waren wir auch von der schönen Außen-Dusche. Eine tolle Idee! Sehr gepflegter, grüner Garten mit Grill-Kamin, für den sogar die Grillkohle bereit lag. Man spürt an vielen Details, dass Familie Marras daran gelegen ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der Strand und das Meer waren super. Klares Wasser ohne Steine, leicht abfallend, ideal auch für Kinder.

Casa perfetta
La casa è situata a Sa Petra Ruja una località posta a circa 3 km di Caletta e in posizione strategica per raggiungere le bellissime spiaggie di Capo Comino Berchida ecc. Tutto è molto curato e pulito. Noi con il nostro bimbo di 4 anni abbiamo passato una vacanza perfetta! A 5 min a piedi si raggiunge la bella spiaggia di Caletta dove si può trovare anche uno stabilimento e un buon ristorante. Nella località non ci sono market ma solo una rosticceria che vende polli allo spiedo e pizza. La casa ha tutto quello che può servire, un bel giardino curato con zona relax, doccia esterna in muratura e zona barbecue. C'è anche uno splendido patio con tavolo vista mare che ci manca moltissimo! La casa ha due belle camere grandi e due bagni entrambi con doccia! I proprietari sono molto discreti e disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra! speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Lage, Lage, Lage
Ein kurzer Spaziergang ist es nur zum auch im Juli nicht überfüllten Strand, traumhaftes Wasser, samtweicher Sand, und eine Segelschule gibt es auch. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bieten sich als Alternativen an. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht: Gartengrill, gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf's Meer und eine geniale Open-Air-Dusche (wer drinnen duscht, ist selber schuld). Der Vermieter ist sehr sympatisch - und wenn man Glück hat, kommt man auch mit dem freundlichen Nachbarn ins Gespräch, der uns u. a. mit Birnen aus seinem Garten versorgte.

Traumhaft! Wunderschön!
Wir wurden nett von Guiseppe und seiner Frau empfangen. Eine große Obstschale, Wasser und Gebäck standen für uns bereit. Das Haus ist freundlich und hell eingerichtet, die Badezimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns aber die Aussendusche (warmes und kaltes Wasser unter freiem Himmel) gefallen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste (wir waren zu viert). Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der schöne Garten, vor neben und hinter dem Haus, bietet je nach Sonnenstand immer ein Schattenplätzchen. Das Meer kann man von der großzügigen Terrasse aus sehen. Das Haus liegt wenige Gehminuten vom tollen Sandstrand entfernt. Dieser war nie überfüllt, da er scheinbar nur von den Anwohnern der Siedlung besucht wird. Klares blaues Wasser, mal ruhig, mal mit Wellen, sehr sauber. Badehandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Liege gab es vom Vermieter, besser geht es nicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es wenige Autominuten entfernt in St. Lucia oder La Caletta. Am Strand gibt es ein nettes Lokal (La Corona di Ichnos), wo man auch abends noch etwas essen oder trinken kann. 1 kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es von uns aber auch. Eine der Matratzen war sehr weich und durchgelegen (das wird Guiseppe aber jetzt ganz bestimmt schnell ändern). Wir würden jederzeit gern wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Traumhaftes Haus, wunderschöner Strand
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Mai. Ein perfektes Haus (Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Einrichtung) mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Vermieter. Garten und Terrasse sind sensationell. Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Santa Lucia (zu Fuß am Strand entlang ca 15 min) ist ein gemütlicher und wunderschöner kleiner Ort mit einer perfekten Gastronomie. Wassersportstation am Strand (Segeln, Surfen, Kitesurfen). Kleine Geschäfte in der Nähe, Supermarkt und Discounter in Siniscola (ca. 10 Autominuten). Für uns eine der schönsten Gegenden an der Ostküste. Gute Anbindung zu Flughafen (ca. 40 Min), Fähre (ca. 45 Min) und größeren Orten. Sehr gerne wieder!

Rundum perfekt
Die Unterkunft, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Objekts entsprach zu 100% dem Inserat. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut Englisch (falls Bedarf) und war sehr hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Der Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, wer möchte, kann bis La Caletta bzw. St.Lucia laufen... Bistro am Strand - nach der Menükarte fragen ! Zu empfehlen: in San Teodoro vermittelt der Besitzer der Eisdiele ,,Il Buon Gelato,, (mitten im Ort) ein Sardisches Bauernmenü - sehr identisch. Fazit : Objekt und Vermieter sehr zu empfehlen. Für uns gibt's sicherlich eine Wiederholung.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem sehr gut gepflegten Ferienhaus. Zum Strand war es auch mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern nicht sehr weit. Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt, allerdings nicht unbedingt zentral. Zum einkaufen braucht man jedenfalls ein Auto. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das Haus extrem gut ausgestattet ist. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und erklären zu Beginn alles sehr ausführlich. Speziell was das sardische Abfallwesen betrifft, sind diese Erklärungen auch nötig!
