Exercise room, off street parking and beach access complete the picture. Access to private decks from each bedroom as well as a large wrap around deck. Central AC, heating and a full kitchen add to your enjoyment. 4 months to one year lease min. Subject to background check and condo board approval. Allow at least 45 days for this process prior to check in.
