• Noise Monitoring: Smart technology tracks decibel levels (not conversations) to ensure a peaceful environment.
• Security Cameras: 5 cameras are placed around the exterior (parking area, walkways, and communal outdoor area). They do not record sound and are not actively monitored 24/7.
• On-Site Property Manager: Lives in the back and is available to assist guests.
• First-Floor Unit: Some reasonable noise from upstairs may be heard.
