Enjoy spectacular inter-coastal views as you watch the action on the shimmering water from the 21st floor of this ultra luxurious condo. Dine al fresco or enjoy spectacular sunsets and beautiful moonlit nights from the 500 sq. ft. balcony. This spacious 2250 sq. ft. condo (including the terrace) has been professionally furnished with every amenity to provide maximum comfort. The 2 bedrooms(each with king size bed) and additional guests can be comfortably accommodated on the queen size sleeper sofa (with inner spring mattress) in the living room. The unit has 2 full bathrooms plus powder room. The large MBR suite has a whirlpool tub in its spa-like bathroom. Unit has a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and top of the line Bosch appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The kitchen, living room, dining area, den, and both bedrooms have direct access to the large wrap around balcony. You can dine out and also relax on the chaise lounge chairs as you take in the spectacular vistas. There are 4 smart HDTV's in this unit. The onsite restaurant provides poolside service.
Towels, chaise lounge covers and cold water are provided by the pools.

Beautiful
It’s the Ritz and everything you expect from the Ritz! The condo is clean and beautiful. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The mattress doesn’t have that worn dip where everyone and their brother has slept on. I hope I’m able to visit again soon.

The property is stunning and the condo is so spacious! We stayed in June 2023 and the property was amazing and so quiet and relaxing. At times it almost felt like we had a private pool and beach to ourselves with the best service from the staff. I couldn’t recommend this place more and hope to stay many more times!

Breathtaking Sunset Views in a Phenomenal Location!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property over Thanksgiving, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with our experience. The location is fantastic, offering easy access, and the convenience of the location cannot be overstated. We were within walking distance of local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making exploring the area's charm easy. The highlight of our stay was easy access to the beach, pools, and, undeniably, the stunning sunset views. From the moment the sun began its descent to the horizon, we were treated to a spectacle of colors that painted the sky in orange, yellow, and purple hues. The property's strategic positioning allowed us to enjoy this breathtaking sunset from the comfort of the balcony. In summary, if you're looking for a vacation rental with a prime location, impeccable views, and owners who genuinely care about your experience, this VRBO property is an absolute gem. We left with hearts full of beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property
We recently stayed at Brian's condo and had a great vacation. The property is a very nice 2BR unit on the 21st floor of the 1st Ritz Residence buildings facing the intercostal waterway with a view of the ocean off to your far right. The balcony is expansive with great views, especially at sunset and in the evening. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo is well appointed with everything you would need to have a great vacation regardless if it is sunny or rainy. The two pools are amazing. Cabanas to use if you want to stay out of the sun, water and towels are provided. The beach area is really expansive with chairs and umbrellas available at no charge (if open, we never had an issue as our week was slow). There is garage parking for 2 cars. The other thing that makes this a great place to vacation is the staff at the Ritz, as you would expect, they were friendly, helpful and outgoing, especially Greg who made fast friends with our 6 year old son. Don't hesitate to stay here if you are considering Singer Island.

Lovely condo, wonderful, centrally located
My family of four stayed at the Ritz Residences over July 4th. The condo is well appointed and gorgeous, the views are spectacular as they include both a view of the Intercoastal and the Atlantic. Even better, on July 4th we got to see both nature's fireworks in the form of a brief lighting storm but a half dozen fireworks in the distance. There are a couple of casual restaurants within walking distance - we liked Johnny Longboat's the best. In addition, there is a corner market (Grator Gator) that has milk and stuff or you can either shop at the Publix across the bridge or do Instacart as we did. The staff is everything in terms of excellence you would expect from a Ritz. At the lobby level, there is a movie theater room with about 16 movie theater style seats and a large screen can show Netflix or DVDs. There is also a social room with a pool table that you can also book for free. There are two pools, with one looking out to the beach and the other with nice cabanas. The beach is very nice as it is private, so you don't have to cram in with a bunch of people. The beach staff is excellent as well. The only thing you should know is that the building probably needs a few more months to complete a refresh of the exterior stucco and decks of this two condo complex. As long as you know that up front, you should be fine as the beach is far from any complexity from construction. This is a wonderful condo choice, a very good value and we hope to return many more times.

This condo was amazing. Its just as the pictures look, very spacious and quiet at night so we all slept. The pool and beach are beautiful. It's very convenient that there are staff there to set up your towels/chairs/umbrellas and a restaurant. Added bonus that the lobby smelled amazing. I highly recommend.

We had a great time! The unit is as described. The property is wonderful. Staff is great and the owner is very responsive. If you’re wondering if you should book, do it. You won’t regret it. In June it was especially nice, pool and hot tub was always available. My guess is a number of the owners go north for the summer.

This is our second year visiting the condo and I cannot recommend it enough. So family friendly with empty pool and beaches. The room is set up perfectly for a family with so much space and amenities. The pool and beach staff are so kind and helpful. We hope to have many family vacations at this condo.

Wonderful Thanksgiving
I had the pleasure of staying at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We did not cook much just breakfast and snacks. However if we had there was everything needed to make a nice meal including the option to use the community grill. The pools and beach are wonderful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is an attendant with towels and water at the pools and the beach which was very nice. The deck is a wonderful place to spend time as you wake up with a coffee or to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. Communication with the owner was excellent he provides information on the local area and answered questions quickly. I would be happily recommend this property to family and friends.
