Welcome to our newly renovated & designed eco-holiday finca, a harmonious blend of authentic charm and modern luxury, nestled in the heart of Mallorca.
Built in 2017 on a spacious 14,200 sqm plot, it offers breathtaking 360Ā° panoramic views of the picturesque landscape, including the UNESCO world-heritage Tramuntana Mountains. Just a short drive from Sineu, the historic old capital of Mallorca, and 30 minutes from Palma and the island's most spectacular beaches, our finca is the perfect base for exploring the island's wonders. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large variety of plants and a large pool area that invites you to relax, dream and unwind.

Eco-Conscious Elegance
The original part of the finca, a former sheppard's house which dates back over 100 years and has become a modern kitchen with rustic elements. The finca has virtually no environmental footprint and is eco-friendly, as itā€™s powered by photovoltaic solar panels and thermal solar panels for hot water. You'll enjoy the best of both worlds with luxurious amenities, including Smart TV, high-speed 'Starlink' internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, and a solar heated pool.

Our central location makes it easy to venture out and discover Mallorca's hidden gems. Embark on exciting day trips by car or explore the scenic surroundings. The finca is ideally suited for everyone ā€“ families with children, groups of up to 6 people who enjoy cycling or hiking, yoga enthusiasts who can unwind on the shaded panoramic terrace with mountain views, beach lovers who can access the island's most beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes, and nature lovers who appreciate the serenity of a secluded haven.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll und schƶn eingerichtet. Die Einteilung der RƤume im Haus und die Gestaltung des groƟen GrundstĆ¼cks auƟerhalb des Hauses bieten genĆ¼gend Mƶglichkeiten zur freien Bewegung, als auch wieder zum gemeinsamen Zusammenkommen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber und seinen KollegInnen vor Ort war stets angenehm, unkompliziert und auch sehr fĆ¼rsorglich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und haben uns stets wohl gefĆ¼hlt.
