Majorcan holiday home with pool for 6 people.

This authentically rustic holiday home is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Sineu in a quiet side street. It has a living area of 200 square meters and offers space for up to 6 people. On entering the house you enter the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for the preparation of delicious Mediterranean dishes. The salon is equipped with air conditioning cold/warm, as well as the entrance area, from where the bedrooms can be cooled or heated.

All 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x 1 double bed, 21x2 single beds). There are 2 bathrooms with shower at your disposal, one of them outside.
The 1500 sqm large outdoor area offers you a variety of possibilities. From the kitchen you can access the terrace with dining area. In the garden, typical Mediterranean trees provide sufficient shade and at the right time of year you can enjoy their fruits. In the 2x1,5 meter large pool you can refresh yourself.
At the end of the garden there is a spacious barbecue area with dining area and outdoor fridge.
There is also a garage for 2 cars and bikes. Through the garage you can easily enter the house.

Within a few minutes walking distance you reach the centre of Sineu with its nice cafés and restaurants and many shopping facilities.

We enjoyed everything about our stay
Had a wonderful stay at the villa. Everything was very clean, the garden was a great place to catch some sun in the morning and it is located in a very charming town. We enjoyed everything about our stay but especially our surprise guest (there’s a turtle in the patio!)

Zu viele Mängel!
Es gab leider zu viele Mängel, die wir bereits der zuständigen Agentur weitergegeben haben. 1. Sauberkeit: Dreckiges Geschirr, verschmutzte Kaffeemaschine, dreckiger Hof. 2. ⁠Poolgrösse nicht wie beworben: Der Pool vor Ort war deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern im Inserat dargestellt. 3. ⁠Unangekündigter Gärtnerbesuch: Der Gärtner kam 2x ohne unser Wissen und stand plötzlich im Garten. Dies hat uns gestört und unsere Privatsphäre verletzt. Bereits nach dem ersten Besuch haben wir das bemängelt, es folgte ein zweiter unangekündigter Besuch. 3. Zwei Tage kein Warmwasser: Nachdem wir uns darüber beschwerten, wurde uns gesagt, „es stünde ja noch eine Glasflasche in der Garage zum Wechsel“ 4. Ratte im Hof 5. Der Höhepunkt: flackernde, blitzende Dose mit verbranntem Geruch, Stromausfall für mehrere Stunden und keine direkte Hilfe. Erst am Folgetag. Es bestand erhebliche Brandgefahr.

Rustikal und einfach
Das alte Stadthaus in Sineu hat eine gute Lage und eine große Garage für 2 Pkw. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Garten ist ideal bei einem Urlaub mit Hund. Trotzdem stimmt aus unserer Sicht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Haus nicht, wir hatten auf Mallorca deutlich komfortablere Unterkünfte mit vergleichbarem Preis.

Schönes großes Haus in Stadtnähe, aber eher für den Sommer geeignet
Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit großem Garten, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Marktplatz in Sineu entfernt. Es ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit vielen Bildern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist die Garage, da Parkplätze auf Mallorca gerade in Stadtgebieten immer rar sind. Schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter. Mit dem Gasofen wird es im Winter recht schnell warm (außer in Bad und Küche). Im Winter fliegt die Sicherung öfter heraus, da die Leitungen überlastet sind, wenn zwei Heizlüfter an sind und man zusätzlich noch z.B. einen Fön einschaltet. Soweit nicht schlimm, das kennen wir von anderen Stadthäusern auch. Aber warum wird der Sicherungskasten hinter einem der ca. 100 Bilder im Haus versteckt? Wir mussten leider den Verwalter rufen, weil wir den Sicherungskasten nicht gefunden haben. Das Haus bräuchte ein gutes Manual, in dem solche Dinge beschrieben werden - auch z.B., wie man den Gasofen einschaltet. Bad und Küche sind schlecht beheizbar.

Un pueblo muy bonito y una casa agradable con un jardín espectacular y un patio amplio, es muy cómoda la estancia con el garaje Podría tener más claridad la estancia, pero consta de ventanas antiguas y sin mosquiteras, la limpieza ser más escrupulosa con respecto al polvo (lo demás bien) ya k tengo alergia y los dos primeros días fueron chungos

Muy buen alojamiento.
Es una casa antigua aunque bien conservada y limpia, tiene un buen garaje, lo mejor es la zona de la barbacoa está bastante completa , amplia y con un buen jardín, La alberca para el baño es bastante pequeña. Es una zona muy tranquila. Para nosotros la ubicación es buena porque nos movimos por varios puntos de la isla y era un buen punto de partida.

Es una casa muy grande, con todo lo que indica pero vieja, muebles antiguos, camas antiguas y algo incomodas. Para nosotros lo peor fue la limpieza, los baños y cocina estaban limpios pero en la casa había bastantes telas de araña y probablemente consecuencia de los abundantes arboles frutales del patio muchos mosquitos. Lo mejor, el porche, la piscina pequeña para niños menores, la ubicación y la gran cochera. Precio/calidad aceptable

Huis staat aan rand van dorp en is lekker rustig en goede uitvalbasis voor heel het eiland. Groot huis maar het is allemaal wat ouder en muf. Wel schoon. Na de registratie van AirBnB met pasfoto en ID etc, moet dit nogmaals op de website van de verhuurbedrif zelf ook nog een keer erg omslachtig vanwege toeristenbelasting ofzo. Contact was verder wel oke. Probleem met router voor Wifi goed en snel opgelost. Ruime garage voor parkeren van je huurauto. Veel (tijger) muggen in de tuin... Wierook hielp wel iets om de overlast te verminderen.
