"The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good. Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room standard oceana A and it was comfortable, what matters the most the strong air conditioning and the soft beds - they get right. They also show attentiveness to the needs of guests. There is a drying rack for you to dry your clothes in every room, they know you’ll need it as a beach resort where almost all the guests would have spent time in the ocean or pool."

"The lobby area in this hotel is positively spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Twice I had questions and both times someone arrived to help in minutes. Checking in and out could not have been easier or more pleasant. "

"今回は特に目的もなかったのですが、ホテルでゆっくり過ごせればと思いクラブラウンジアクセス付きのお部屋を予約させて頂きました。クラブラウンジ自体は他のホテル様と内容はあまり変化はございませんでした。ただ、チェックインの際にサービス内容のアナウンスはほとんどなかったかと思います。食事も一度ホテル内でビュッフェ形式の夕食を予約させて頂きました。レストランは座席も多く、種類も多かったのですが正直、味は.,..でした。全ての物を頂いた訳ではございませんが、特にラーメン、うどんは出さない方が良いと思います。 翌朝の朝食もやはり想像していた通りでした。 ２日目の夜は隣接していたニッコーホテル様の和食を頂きましたが、お会計の際にスタッフの方から宿泊先を聞かれてツバキタワー様のお名前を出したところ、15%引きのサービスをしていただきました。（この情報もチェックインの際にはお聞きしておりませんでした。） チェックアウトが12時で、我々の空港への出発が14時30分の為、2時間半をラウンジ内で過ごせるかと思いましたが、ロビーのソファで待機をホテルのスタッフから指示されたため、少し残念に思いました。他のホテル様でこの様な事を言われたことがなかったので。今回はたまたま前回グアムに訪問した際に毎月グアムに行かれている方と知り合いその方の定宿がツバキタワー様の様でとても素晴らしいホテル様と伺い今回お世話になったのですが、とても残念でした。"
