Very close to city centre
Very comfortable, clean and updated. The only thing it was missing was A/C but given it's colder in the mountains it was ok.

Lovely staying
We stayed for a 3 day weekend and had a very nice experience. This hotel definitely meets international standards. Clean rooms, rich breakfast, good service. The spa is pretty small, but not very crowded. The only issue is the parking lot (difficult acces, small space). The location is great, and the view from the 7th floor is splendid.

Excellent choice of hotel in Sinaia - right on the main drag, within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops in the center of the resort. Beautiful views, most or all rooms have balconies; very professional and accommodating staff; EXCELLENT and huge selection buffet style breakfast; nice pool area w/ small jaccuzzi and both dry & steam saunas.

Top 3 hotels in Romania
Excellent location in the most beautiful mountain resort town of Romania! Very nice rooms with breathtaking views of the mountains. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with an impressive selection of international and traditional, delicious dishes!

Very nicely modernised hotel, good location
Spent a night here as a base in Sinaia to visit Peleș and Peleșor castles before continuing our trip to Brașov. Excellent rooms, very well kept (with a nice balcony and view of Sinaia,) very good facilities generally. The staff of course all spoke perfect English, but even better were tolerant of my insistence on trying to talk with them in broken Romanian instead ;-).

Good hotel in center of town
Hotel is in center of town and has parking. Facilities are modern and well kept. The air conditioning was not working during our stay and it was not fixed as it was promised. Hotel has two of the best 'rated' restaurants in town. However we received very poor service (the worse in a long time) during our dinner. Probably because staff was not comfortable speaking English. However there was not excuse to leave our table unattended while others were getting great service. We were also denied a table because it was 'reserved' while the restaurant was mostly empty. The table was then offered to another local couple. Food was ok

staff from Tirol Restaurant not nice; they tried two times to cheat us on the bill (things we did not eat were mentioned); the person in charge with the reservation of the table arrogant and not nice; at the check-out, we had bolls on our room which were not ours!

Much better rated hotel than the reality
the price you pay it is much higher than the services offered, Dear tourists, be careful if you eat at the restaurant Tirol: the food from the evening, might be half from the one at the lunch time; and they didn't say the truth, they lied two times that the food is prepared by them, but it was from the supermarket! If you do not pay attention, you might have on your note, things you did not have. It happened 2 times out of three at Tirol Restaurant. The chief of the waiters is not nice, he is arrogant and not supportive at all! He behaved like making us a big favor to let us have a table in a half empty restaurant! And at the check-out, another surprise: the restaurant bills of some other guys, appear on our bill and we had to explain 30 minutes that those bills were not us and that the signature was not our signature! Really sad such things!

Best view in Sinaia
Very well trained staff at reception, which surely helps after a long drive.Be prepared to park your car at some distance from the front of the hotel.Awesome views of Sinaia.

Friendly staff, good location if you want to head up to visit the mountains. Town is being renovated so there were a "bit" of road works around the area.Other than was really pleasant.

Actually a 5* hotel
Very clean, new high quality furniture, indoor pool and friendly staff. There are 2 very good restaurants in the Hotel. The Tyrolian/Bavarian one you should not miss if you like Scweinshaxe and Kaiserschmarn. There is an indoor swimming pool, not too large but ok for a hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Sinaia. The only downside is the size of the rooms which are not really big. To put it in a nutshell: it can compete with any 5* hotel in Romania except room size (which still has a very nice furniture and balcony).
