"My husband and I stayed here for a few days during October. This was our first visit to Arkansas. Magnolia Cottage was a perfect place to stay for 2 people. The cottage has pretty much everything we needed. The kitchen is equipped with what is needed to prepare basic meals and we used the charcoal grill outside the cottage. "Traveling with 3 small kids and my wife to visit family nearby. The grass was mowed the house was super clean. Everything was comfortable and organized. drawers and cabinets were labeled and well stocked. The owners were very nice and our kids even got the chance to play with their grandkids. Really beautiful farm, we felt like we were staying with family. Do not hesitate, book this place, its affordable and about as good as it gets. Go explore Arkansas! My family will be back soon."

"My husband and I stayed for our anniversary over NYE weekend. We received a lovely note with a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates when we arrived! The unit was very clean, and had all of the things you need in a kitchen! We loved the jacuzzi on the deck, and our view of the lake. Will definitely be back!"

"This was exactly what my husband and I needed as an anniversary getaway! The cabin was spacious and clean, and the host was very kind and thoughtful. We loved waking up and drinking coffee while watching deer feed around the cabin. The jacuzzi tub was perfect for our achy muscles, and the hot tub reinforced out relaxation! We will definitely go through RedAwning again. It was such a treat!"
