Very little amenities, not truthful about house
The home was not clean hair in refrigerator very dirty oven filthy, no internet not even TV, no central heat just space heaters. Coffee pot filthy, only 2 drinking glasses 2 coffee mugs. Gave 2 towels 1 wash cloth. Very dissatisfied. We stayed at an VRBO in July same town and it was 100% different

Location, Location, Location
We had what could be a major issue that the host resolved quickly. Great communicator!! The property has a few little quirks typical for a VRBO. (Very limited counter space in the kitchen, door locks on the bathroom) Biggest win is the location. You can walk to numerous great restaurants. We had a golf weekend and there were some great courses in the area.

Great communication, quick to resolve issues
The location of the house can’t be beat. We loved staying here. There was an issue with the cleaning service and our place was messy upon arrival, but Fen Liu quickly took care of everything we asked for. The only negative thing I have to say is the kitchen doesn’t have a lot of counter space. It seems as tho counter-space was sacrificed for the washing machine which was great to have in the house. Would stay here again!!

It definitely is a good location. The house was not very clean. The floors especially. No counters in kitchen. Cleaning supplies were left in bathroom and kitchen. Towels were very worn and old. We did no cooking here. Just coffee. Very minimal supplies. I was aware of some of this from previous comments, but was hoping it got better!

My feed-back for improvement is - The place should be cleaned better, old coffee grounds were left in the maker with mold on them.......A/C unit for the main house doesn't seem to work properly because the house never cooled off. Everything else was great, just needs a little more attention to detail.

Placed had not been cleaned. Plus safety issues
came by and did some cleaning, but not enough. Microwave was filthy. Hair in bathroom in floors. Tub was repaired and looked like mold. Shampoos and cleaners left from last tenant. No light cover in back bedroom. Dangerous. Toilet wobbles bad. Kitchen has no counter. No coffee maker. Curio cabinet dirty on inside ( locked) four of six bedroom track lights out. Food under couch cushions. Keypad lock should be on front door. Suggestions.. put washer in small room and add a kitchen counter. Use a smaller refrigerator. I have plenty of photos. Wanted to stay somewhere else, but they would not refund, do I had to stay. Never again.

Property was very dirty
The location of this property is perfect however the house was very dirty!! The sheets were not clean and there was dirt on the fitted sheet. We pulled the covers back and was appalled. We went to Walmart and bought a comforter to cover the bed and pillows. There was urine on the toilet seat, hair on the sink. The stove had cat or dog hair on it. The recliner in the living room also had animal hair on it. It had a dirty smell to it. We actually left a night early because we couldn’t take it anymore. I have photos to prove what I’m saying. As for the host they were very kind and answered any questions we had. I did not reach out to them when we got there because we figured there was no point since they knew we were coming and obviously knew it wasn’t clean.

A grandparent's visit
This B&B was cute and comfy...with a fabulous location...one block from The Warehouse and walkable to most everything in town....we were in town to visit our kids and grandchildren who each enjoyed a special day with Nana and Papa in our cottage 💕

First off it was absolutely disgusting there was a coffee pot with moldy water on the kitchen table there was fingernail clipping in the chair there was cigarettes and nail clippers in the couch the bathtub has a rug in it that everyone who has stayed there has urinated on owner said she was sending refund she never did she stop messaging me a absolute disaster

Nice location
Rented this house while in the area for an event. Great neighborhood and close to restaurants. House was very clean for the most part and for the price I was satisfied except for the fact that we only got 3 towels while having 4 adults. I messaged and asked for more soon after arriving with no response whatsoever

Needs a little TLC
This property needs a Little TLC, but it has the BEST location. Walking distance to Simpsonville and new venue with food, booze and music. One venue sells ice cream and soft pretzels. The pretzels are bigger then a plate and so good. Property also has skimpy kitchen supplies, but did include washer, dryer and laundry soap. The location was prefect for our stay, I would stay here again. You might want to bring an extension cord and a fry pan (if you want to cook breakfast). Again, Great location.

Great location but not clean
My sister and I loved the location of this house, the problem was that we had to clean up before we could do anything else. The bathroom, kitchen, and the sheets were dirty. It is a shame because this place has so much potential. If the owner were to change the cleaning company then this could be a nice place to stay.

This property is great for a small group. It does not have a coffee pot (we are coffee drinkers) needs a little more counter space. Property manager was very nice. Stopped by to make sure everything was good. Easy in and easy out!!!

Great Potential with needed improvement
This property has so much potential. Not only is it in a great location, we felt safe and saw this potential with the following improvements. 1. Replace the tub. Its very unappealing to shower in. 2. Replace the shower curtain and the “in the shower material” mat. They are unsanitary. 3. The tub faucet leaks which could be why the mat and curtain were soaking wet. 4. Clean the place. My wife cleaned the tub and sink. They needed it. 5. This is the south, its needs central air conditioning. We had the window units running only while we were there but it was not cool enough. The curtains were on the units and we felt that was unsafe. 6. Get the place sprayed for bugs. My wife killed several in the bedroom alone, and saw where others laid on the floor. The potential is there to rent this unit, I hope this helps where improvements are needed.

The unit was decent, and we got a good night's sleep. The neighborhood does seem to be safe. Definitely in the heart of Simpsonville, if that's where you are headed. The overall amount of space was good. Both bedrooms are spacious. Appliances are present, but the "kitchen" space needs to be redesigned. No coffee maker. Kitchen supplies were very limited. We used the washer and dryer, and they were good. In general, the unit was not very clean. The bathroom is merely adequate.
