"The best compliment is the answer to the question, “Would you stay there again?”. Our answer would be absolutely!! The host was very accommodating and her property was perfect. We were a group of 8, four couples staying four nights. This property was very accessible to many Distilleries, 30 minutes in all directions. Thank you for our stay."

"Our party of 12 came together from all across the country and this location to celebrate the big 4-0 by touring some distilleries on the bourbon trail. This home was in a prime location to be able to fit in some of our favorites in the same day. There was more than enough room for all 12 of us; the cabin is stunning, cozy, and inviting; and their customer service is on point. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the memories that will last all of us a lifetime!"

"The house is really nice, very clean very relaxing. Had a couple issues and they were resolved quickly by the owner. Was impressed on how quickly they responded and their concern over the issue. Overall it was a great stay we enjoyed the quiet location the views were great. Plenty of things to do in the area and some really good places to eat as well. Would stay there again anytime."

"Had a great weekend at Captain's cabin. we immediately started a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed the quiet popping and warmth of the fire all weekend. Tammy's breakfasts are outstanding. Found some fun things to do in town when we finally pealed ourselves from the cabin."

"Our host communication was incredible. The house was even better than the pictures and description. Lots of space and plenty of places to congregate. We travel to Kentucky one time per year for work purposes, and will make this our new regular place to stay. The property was absolutely beautiful! "

The home (not house, there is more than enough character to go around which puts it on another level as far as I’m concerned) is located conveniently off the highway and is situated on meticulously maintained grounds. "Some friends and I were in town for a bourbon tour and a Keeneland visit. The property is gorgeous, and centrally located between Lexington and Louisville, The house is immaculate and perfect for a trip like this.
