"We had a lovely week at Casa Kathleen. The view is fabulous, as is the outside terrace and pool. The villa' s living area is large, comfortable and airy. Everything worked and was well maintained. The villa is located close to beaches, shopping and Denia but you will need a car! We'll definitely return."

"There were so many places for the various members of the family to relax in, and also plenty of large places for us all to gather together in. The covered pool was fabulous. The only suggestion I would have would be to have the double beds as optional twin beds, it would be handy when you have a large family grouping."

"A lady called Anna met us at the property. Very rude. We had asked owner to check in early due to flight but message hadn’t been passed on to her. She kept stomping past us as we sat outside waiting for her to put bedding in etc. When we asked if she could speak English to us she shouted NO. So that was our welcome. Only one set of bedding for each bed. Good job we only used 2 beds. No sun at all in house , very cold as it was September to mid November so heating had to go on even though warm...

"La casa está muy bien ubicada pero le faltan un montón de cosas. El menaje, vasos, tenedores, están prácticamente contados, sartenes muy pequeñas y bastante viejas. La ducha del baño de arriba es inutilizable, empapas el baño entero. El microondas y friegaplatos dan corriente, así lo hicimos saber. Una mano de pintura a la valla de la piscina y la pared de la ducha exterior no vendría mal, una buena sombrilla, y el cesped está quemado. "This property has everything you need for a great vacation. We were 5 adults and 2 kids who had a great time in this house. We had som tours in the area but mostly the kids wanted to be at the pool. The area is quite apart from barking dogs, but that’s a common problem throughout Spain. We can recommend this house for families."

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia...

"Nice quiet comfy house with a beachside location which was ideal for a self-catering stay with our dog. You can walk for miles and the whole length of the beach is dog friendly. A car is absolutely essential as there are not really any restaurants or bars nearby that you can walk to in the evening."

"Lovely villa with absolutely stunning views. If you are looking for scenery and alot less people then this is the place for you. Definately need a car. Valencia beach, which is also amazing is about 1 hour again but there is a lovely lake nearby to also swim in. If you like hustle amd bustle not the place for you but if chilaxing is your thing, stock up at the supermarket and enjoy the place."
