The property is located in the refined and charming development of Vale do Olival, a true “ex-libris” in Armação de Pêra. This modern and spacious villa has been designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable moments, with carefully selected amenities and outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying.

On the ground floor, Villa Catalina features an elegant suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, with a central island surrounded by eight high chairs, creating the perfect space for casual dining or socializing. The living room is cozy and comfortable, furnished with three sofas and cable TV, offering an ideal spot to relax after a day of adventures in the Algarve.

On the first floor, the villa offers three additional suites. One suite with a double bed and a walk-in closet, with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Another suite with a double bed, also with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. A twin suite, with two single beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The exterior of Villa Catalina is a true highlight, featuring a solar-heated pool, perfect for a swim in any season. Guests can relax on the comfortable sun loungers or gather around the outdoor dining area that includes a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. The outdoor area also includes a pergola with three sofas, providing the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a game of ping pong and a game room with a pool table in the basement.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us before making a reservation so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Timings and Rules

Check-in time: Saturday from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00
The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (there may be flexibility during the low season)
Group security deposit: €300 per person (paid by credit/debit card).
No groups of young adults are allowed. The villa accepts groups where the majority of guests are 25 years or older.
Pets are not allowed.

Pricing

Prices are for up to 8 people.
For the 9th to 12th person, an additional fee will apply, which includes an extra bed (€154 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a cot (€21 each, per week) can be provided.
Upon request, there is a possibility to accommodate groups between 13 and 22 people.
