"Came to town to visit family for two weeks. This is a great location. Everything is a short walk away. Including the grocery. Comfortable space, except I suggest a step ladder be available in the common area. I had to climb on a chair to reach water glasses and other items in the kitchen cabinets. Also, be careful coming up the stairs if you have a larger suitcase. I do plan on returning here for my next visit. Perhaps one of the other Yamhill flats. "

"Showed up for our stay, but found someone living in the rental. Turns out the property manager did a long-term rental and delisted the property, but not without checking future bookings. We showed up, and found that we had no place to stay for our event. We had to stay in a hotel, and thankfully, VRBO made us whole financially, but the entire experience was stressful and poorly managed by the property manager. "
