Guests will have access to the lower garden unit only. The main upper house is occupied separately on a part-time basis.
Parking is available in the driveway for up to four cars. Please park in front of the two garage doors on the left side when you pull in the driveway (closest too the road). Garage access is not included.

From this home, you’re just 10 minutes from Dillion, 14 minutes from Frisco, and within 32 minutes you can find yourself exploring Breckenridge. From this home, you are also 0.7 miles from the North Side Circle bus stop on Ryan Gulch Road, which is part of the Summit Stage FREE bus route on the Wildernest Loop. You can hop on the bus and find yourself connected with all the Summit Stage Free Bus routes that span Silverthorne and extend to the neighboring communities.

Please note that this property is a lower-level unit but is soundproofed for the most part, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay.
Homeowners may periodically occupy the upstairs portion of the home. They do have a cat, which you may hear from time to time, but is isolated from the downstairs portion being rented.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
There is a non-functional hot tub on-site that is not currently available for guest use.
