Relax at this scenic location with unobstructed views of the Gore Range and a ten acre lake out the back door. Located in the heart of ski country with easy highway access to all the ski areas, this four bedroom duplex has everything needed for a wonderful, quiet vacation experience. The summer months offer beautiful days and cool nights and activities to please any vacationer.

Three Bedrooms on the upper floor and one on the main floor offer exceptional comfort for you and your guests with five queen beds. In addition, the living room sofa converts to a queen bed so the home can accommodate up to eight persons.

The kitchen has everything needed to prepare gourmet meals and the gas fireplace and jetted tub are just two of the amenities that make this home special. A two-car garage is a real bonus as well as high-speed internet, washer and dryer and 40' smart TV. The dining room seats seven and the breakfast bar an additional two persons.
All newly decorated and offered at reasonable rates.
The other side of the duplex can also be rented and can accommodate 8 persons as well, so this is an ideal setting for a family reunion or any large gathering.

This is the 5th consecutive year renting both of the units, and it is always an excellent stay. A group of 12 adults split both units and spend a week in Silverthorne cycling. The location is great, with an amazing view out the back.

I felt like I was staying at my favorite relatives place. There’s plenty of cooking ware and China to make and have a nice family dinner. The place is clean and nicely laid out. Very well maintained house with many kitchen upgrades. Just as described, roomy and clean. 2 car garage is wonderful during winter. Host is a great communicator. Amazing views. Only real issue is that beds are a bit past their prime. Would definitely stay again.

Mountain Retreat
Large 4-bedroom home included a pack n play for the baby. All the furnishings and kitchen ware we needed for our 3-generation visit to the mountains. Beautiful lake we could swim in without having to drive. And fish! We'll be back next summer.

Beautiful place
We rented this house for our short ski trip. The location was very convenient, views were breathtaking as advertised. It's a very well kept and maintained house. More so, it was priced very reasonably for the high season. There was plenty of room for everybody (family of 5). I suggest if anyone would like to soak in the bathtub, do it after everybody showered. We loved the place and hope to come back soon.

Annual girls getaway
Every year five of us that grew up together go on a girls getaway. We picked this rental because it allowed us to all have our own bed and it had 3 full bathrooms. It was very homey and very roomy. We would, with no doubt, rent the same place if we returned to that area. Also Karen was very easy to contact and wonderful to rent from.

Perfect location for bike riders
Our first visit to this house as part of a family reunion. The whole family bikes and the flat finish to rides and proximity to recreation trails made the house a perfect fit. We very much enjoyed our stay, the view and location are terrific, the local amenities are great (park with sledding hills, walking trail around the lake). The home was spacious with room to expand the table to fit everyone. There weren’t a lot of extra towels/blankets/sheets and the kitchen was missing some items (measuring cups/spoons, storage containers, spices). But those were easy to work through

We stayed here last year. Karen is quick to resolve any issues. Toilet problem, last year. This year the previous renters left a large amount of trash piled around the trash can that was over flowing, in the garage. However, it was picked up within a few a hours. Decor is a little dated but overall the location is great.

Amazing value, beautiful view, & comfortable!
This condo was central to everything, very clean, had super comfortable beds, and an unbeatable view of the mountains from the back deck! The price is right and there is plenty of space for a group of 10 (or more if people are willing to take the couch). The 2-car garage was great--especially after an overnight snow--and the gas fireplace provided a great way to get warm after a day on the slopes. Karen was very reachable and responsive throughout the reservation process and during the vacation when we had questions. We were a little disappointed to find the jet tub. Overall, this condo is an amazing value and my family would definitely return!

We loved our stay and are already planning our return
We had a wonderful time here. The view just cannot be beat. Surrounding community was great to explore, and we enjoyed all the adventures available just by walking outside. Saw the "friendly neighborhood moose" twice, which totally made the trip! The house was awesome and well-stocked . We felt very welcome there, and the personal phone calls from the host were great. We were shocked when she called and said we could come earlier than check-in time by several hours...that was much appreciated. Wonderful, comfy home to relax in and enjoy some quiet family time in the midst of this pandemic. We are already making plans to return to the same home. I love how it feels secluded from town, but you can easily walk to town. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Check in was so easy, we chose Silverthorne because of the location, “home base “ to the activities we had chosen. Mt. Evans, Hanging Lake, Indian Hot Springs in Idaho Springs, Brekenridge. Nice drive to Boulder to see family. There were 6 of us and we were from Ohio and Houston, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms- we could have accommodated 4 more!! The view from the deck- overlooking the pond, mountains- beautiful- enjoyed coffee in the morning, moon and star gazing at night. Nice walking path from the property. Great kitchen- we cooked supper, had everything we needed, washer and dryer was kept busy!! Wonderful property. June 26-June30, 2023. Rose B.
