Summit Central is a cozy, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome located in the heart of Summit County and minutes away from world class skiing. It has been lovingly outfitted to ensure you feel at home from luxurious bed linens and towels to a fully stocked kitchen.

Wake up to expansive mountain views that span from Lake Dillon to the 10-mile range. You can even see Keystone's slope from the deck and kitchen windows.

Bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and can accommodate 6 adults. A king bed in bedroom 1 and a custom-made queen-over-queen bunk bed in bedroom 2.

THE LOCATION:
Summit Central is perched above the Dillon Reservoir in the scenic Wildernest neighborhood. This prime location offers easy access to the free Summit Stage bus which transports travelers to all the local ski resorts, the Silverthorne outlet mall for a little retail therapy and the mountain towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and Copper Mountain.

In the summer months, explore Arapaho National Forest with trails just a short walk from the front door. Or hike the White River National Forest Trail, the Mesa Cortina Trail or for a longer, more challenging adventure, the Continental Divide Trail. Not into hiking, Summit Central is a short drive to one of the most beautiful sailing lakes in Colorado (Dillon Reservoir) and several golf courses (Copper Creek Golf Course, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, the River Course at Keystone, the Breckenridge Golf Club, or the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks). Very nice house. Had all that was needed. Kitchen well equipped and very nice Weber grill The beds were very comfortable and both bedrooms had humidifiers which was a great bonus

The property had spectacular views, it was clean and updated. The lighting was a little untraditional, but worked out just fine. We had one incident where parking was questionable, but that is a risk with unassigned parking spaces. The owners were always very quick with responses and very helpful. I have recommended this place to others.

The condo was lovely for our group of 4 adults (2 couples)! Kitchen was well stocked, couches were comfortable, the fireplace was a huge bonus, easy ski storage and parking, and easy location to the highway to get to the mountains!

Awesome stay!
Perfect location! Appreciated the house manual binder after checking in. Only thing we didn't realize was the firewood situation, which I think I just missed in the listing. We registered parking online for two vehicles but did have one parking warning on the second vehicle on the last morning before checkout. Bathrooms stocked with toiletries and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing group meals. Would definitely stay again!

Ski Vacation
This is a lovely little place, with a FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN. They had everything. The location is great, close to all the skiing in the area. It snowed while we were there and the plows keep the road cleared off, never had a problem getting up and down the hill. I do have two observations about the condo: The beds are rock hard, they could use a foam mattress pad, and there is not enough light in any room but the kitchen.

This property was the perfect size for our group of 6. It had all the amenities you could need, and we were 30 minutes or less away from any Colorado activity. Had an amazing time and would stay here again!
