Well appointed condo in a nice location. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was lack of food storage containers such as Tupperware for leftovers after dinner. Not a big deal though!!! Electric grill was nice and we cooked outside one evening!

We had amazing time at the Emily’s apartment. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood, not far a way to the lake and other attractions. I love this place. We had wonderful time there with my family. All the best Emily!

The property was amazing. The clubhouse included a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, pool tables, ping pong, racketball, and tennis. I really enjoyed it and will book again this winter.

Clean, roomy, great location!
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great, very cozy. Silverthorne is a great place to stay and go on day trips and back. We cooked dinner each night, the kitchen has everything you need. The view is nice with trees blocking out the parking lot and other buildings. We would stay here again.

Family Trip to Colorado
I recently stayed here with my husband and our 4 children... it was perfect! The view was spectacular and the location was ideal for all the activities we wanted to do. We played in the snow right outside the condo and my kids could not get enough of the clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our experience at this condo. The host was very responsive. There were 6 adults. The living space was very cozy and well stocked. The last thing you want to do is run to the store after sking. We didn’t have to do that and we’re able to relax. The location was great and so was the view. We would definitely stay here again.

Emily was awesome. She reached out during our stay and we received all instructions/access codes , etc. prior to traveling. The condo has ample space and the kitchen is nice and has everything you need to cook meals if you desire. Overall we had a great experience!

Very comfortable, no frills
The size and amenities are perfect, best kitchen pantry we’ve seen (well stocked with the things you forget to purchase!). Don’t expect embossed toilet paper, the place is basic, but comfortable, and really- we were there for the skiing not the sleeping! It’s a drive up the mountain, not near the busyness of Dillon. There is a short walk from the parking lot (& it wasn’t shoveled the 4 days we were there). I would stay again- very suitable for a ski trip with kids or 2 couples.

Overall great stay! Couple things to consider; natural fireplace but no source of wood in development. Commercial wood too big to burn, recommend fake logs. Bunk bed probably great for kids, not so for adults. Didn’t try fold out couch so idk. Kitchen fully equipped as advertised. We would stay here again!

Great condo overall
This condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect for a family getaway. The views from the master bedroom are beautiful. The only issue we had was getting access to the wifi. We contacted the owner but the information was not where they indicated it would be, and we could not get through to the property manager. Cell phone reception was spotty at the condo, so wifi access would have been helpful.

Perfect vacation rental for our family
My husband and I stayed there with our 2 teenagers and the condo had everything we needed and had adequate space for the 4 of us. The property was very clean upon our arrival. Instructions regarding location and access were on point. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and ping pong table in the clubhouse - we pretty much had the place to ourselves every time we went there. The clubhouse is the building right next door to the condo rental, so just a short walk to get there which was also nice. The property owner was very friendly, helpful and responded promptly - within a couple minutes. We would recommend this rental and we would stay there again without any hesitations! Thank you!

Close to everything. Responsive host. Good value.
We booked our stay in wildernest which is luckily close to everything. The property is a value property. Slightly dated. Curtains had broken draw strings. The property is at the complete far side of wildernest so you have to drive 9 minutes up the hill from silverthorne and I70 (minor inconvenience). Host extremely reaponsive. No major issues. Hottubs and pool in building next door (convenient). Beds were very uncomfortable. These were rental beds and not a comfortable mattress. Would advise host spend 2500-3000 on two new mattresses. Have stayed in many rentals and these beds unfortunately were the most uncomfortble ive stayed in and im 36 with usually no concern over where i sleep. My friend on bottom bunk bed said the same. I would stay here again for the value and competitive pricing and new mattresses would make it truly the best value in Summit County!

Uncomfortable beds
Pros: Emily was awesome, we even got to get in the place 1 & 1/2 hrs early. The place was clean, cozy, quiet, only up one flight of stairs, location right next door to the clubhouse which was awesome! Laundry room is in clubhouse which worked awesome for us. We washed our clothes while we did all the activities in the clubhouse (which does have restrooms). Cons: The only comfortable bed is the full on the bottom of the bunk bed. The master bed was so uncomfortable that we had to go to Walmart and spent $100 on a memory foam topper to get any kind of sleep at all. That did make it much better though! Also the bed is NOT a queen as advertised. It is a full! We did the measurements. It is 75x54 not 80x60. The topper we purchased was a size full and fit the bed perfectly. The sleeper sofa is useless! This place WILL NOT accommodate 6 people as advertised. It will only accommodate 4. The sleeper sofa is the old kind which you can feel the hard metal springs just by the touch of your hand. Terrible. Kitchen: a lot of pans were scratched or bent. Dishwasher top bin comes off track constantly. It was a pain to work with. In summary: If you bring your own mattress foam topper (or buy one) for the master bedroom, only have 4 people total in your group, and don’t mind fighting the dishwasher (which did a good job of cleaning the dishes btw) and you plan on getting use of the clubhouse, then this is a nice place to stay at.
