"We chose this cottage in the country to experience the local towns, people, the food, & history. We rented a car & used the cottage as base. Each day we drove to a different castle or locale.Even the Cliffs of Moher was a day trip. Roscrea village was close for groceries. Denise & Joe were very friendly, helpful, kind, & wonderful hosts. "The Meadow View Farmhouse was a dream come true. Eamonn was an awesome host. He met us at the house with a wealth of information about the area and even booked us a visit to a local castle viewing. "From the minute we stepped foot into this property, we felt at home. We were met with sparkling clean accommodations, breathtaking views, a bowl of fruit on the table, and coffee and teabags in the counter! "Our stay exceeded all expectations. Tom, the owner could not of been any nicer or helpful. The cottage was well stocked. Food markets in Tipperary were close and convenient. The cottage and garden are stunning. We highly recommend staying in the cottage if you are looking for a fairytale. When we first arrived the cottage was hard to find at night, but a quick call and Tom was out with a flashlight to guide us in. What a great host."
