-2 Reserved Parking Spaces (Labeled 66) Do not park in any other spaces. You will be towed. This is your responsibility. All other cars must park on the street.

- Trash Day is Tuesday. Trash/Recycle day is Friday. Please place the bins on the curb the night before or in the early morning on trash/recycle day. Please return the bins to their respective places after trash and recycling day.

-The property is not available for parties or events. Reservations will be canceled immediately without a refund and the party/event will be shut down.

-Must be able to walk upstairs and downstairs to access bedrooms in the home.

-Guests will receive ten (10) towels and washcloths.

-The music must be lowered by 10:00 pm.

-The thermostat is located on the main level in the dining room. You have full access.

- Must have own logins for streaming services such as Hulu, HBO Max, Disney, Netflix, Showtime, and others on Smart TV.

-Front-load Washer/Dryer located in the basement ( Please bring your supplies)

-Iron/ Ironing Board located in the Executive Suite Closet.

-The light for the basement bedroom is labeled and located in the hallway. You must pull the ceiling string and have the hallway light on to turn on the electricity in the basement bedroom.

-The patio and deck balcony are both fenced.

-Charcoal grill located in the backyard patio. Must provide own utensils and charcoal.

-Please be respectful of neighbors.

Lovely neighborhood
This townhouse is wonderful, I always have to remember these are rentals, so yes you're going to find one or two things that are not perfect but this listing is very close. The three levels is perfect for a larger family. Has everything you could possibly need and is very clean. The neighborhood is very quaint. We brought our scooters along and went for a ride down to a local park. We would definitely use this rental again if it was more handicap accessible. But that was my fault for not reading it. Plus it was kind of a last minute rental for us, due to our previous rental canceling on us. The owners were very responsive to everything, even allowing us to check in a little bit early. They definitely earned their five stars.

We stayed at this property to visit family nearby and it was a great location for us! It was just as listed and very clean. The manager was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. We didn't have any issues! Thank you!
