-Driveway Parking for up to 3 Vehicles and free street parking. There are other units on the property with their own entrance and access.

- Trash/Recycle day is Friday. Please place the bins on the curb the night before or in the early morning on trash/recycle day. Please return the bins to their respective places after trash and recycling day.

-The property is not available for parties or events. Reservations will be canceled immediately without a refund and the party/event will be shut down.

-Must be able to walk up 3 stairs to access the home. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on 1 level.

-Guests will receive six (6)towels and washcloths.

-The music must be lowered by 10:00 pm.

-The thermostat is located on the main level in the dining room. You have full access.

- Must have own logins for streaming services such as Hulu, HBO Max, Disney, Netflix, Showtime, and others on Smart TV.

-Front-load Washer/Dryer located in the basement ( Please bring your supplies)

-Iron/ Ironing Board located in the Hallway Closet

-Fan and Electric Heater is located in the Hallway Closet
