"This is a new Holiday Inn done in the new "minimalist" style. You have everything necessary but presented in an organized, fresh style. The staff is amazing - super friendly, go out of the way to be friendly; professional. Close proximity to restaurants but even better a nice restaurant on site. Snacks & cold drinks in the lobby which is very convenient. Lots of available and easy access to property. Love the property - would definitely stay here again & highly recommend!!"

"The front desk staff were amazing. We were in Cookeville for a funeral and needed a space for family to gather. They found a meeting room, set the room up, got trash bags so we could empty the trash can without waiting or bothering staff, and got us ice. Samuel, the evening front desk staff, was simply amazing. He greeted us with a smile, talked to our grandchildren, made jokes with our teenage grandson, and assisted us with every single request. With our visit to Cookeville a very sad one, our hotel stay was comforting. The beds were amazing, pillows galore, soft linens, and overall the stay was great. I would definitely stay again. "
