"The only thing keeping this hotel at a 3 * level is the breakfast which was not bad. Hotel has some potential IF it was maintained properly, serviced on time and had qualified personnel in place. Definitely strongly overpriced and not worth of what is asked for it, aircon not cleaned for ages, impossible to use, very noisy with some loose parts in the garden during windy nights. "This is a very nice guest house in a gated community. Very safe to walk around the area. Inside the gated community there are no shops or restaurants, as this is a residential area. The rooms are very nice, large and comfortable. Mine had direct access to the golf course."
