"Gorgeous location for solitude in God's creation to unwind and reset. Lovely setting and close to a multitude of outdoor activities or shopping. The Carriage House was impeccable and quite charming. In this age of tear down and build new, it was nice to see that this beautiful barn was renovated for multi-use for 4-legged and 2-legged visitors. Definitely a little slice of heaven and it was a pleasure spending time here. Although it was full on winter, we were able to hike some local trails...

"We met a group of 4 other friends/couples including 7 kids/teens for a February long weekend. The house was easy to find and there was plenty of parking in the driveway. It snowed 2 nights we were there, and by 10am the sidewalk & driveway had been shoveled both mornings! There was plenty of space for kids to spread out, play games and be loud without affecting the adults (& vice versa). The lake was frozen over during our visit but the view is beautiful & I imagine even more so during warm...
